Whereas Weilan or other girls don't "fully" have you, so it makes sense for them to try to get attention, you are more easily able to think of it as them seducing you instead of other people. But the way the MC would explain this insecurity would be in very rationalized language to minimize any appearance of insecurity.

• She looks hot as fuck, and the teasing is working on you.
• "This just arrived this morning, should I wear this to the scorean?" She knows it's inappropriate and is excited to seduce you with it.
• You tell her it's too attention catching, not something to wear that would show up the bride at the wedding.
• "And?" Yaling pushes you to say more, she's fishing for a compliment and your ardor.
  • AN: Make sure to convey that fishing for jealousy just fun rather than insecure. Sure she doesn't need to do it but anyone would enjoy it. It's not testing the relationship but signaling the start of play, she's flirting and is subtly doing a come-on to get him to make a move. She knows the subsequent "punishment" or possessive claiming by the MC is dripping with sex.

Social Club Expansion

At the capital Yaling was part of a social club where she met high society people in entertainment, business, and academia. It's a slightly different scene from the king's court where there were a lot more nobles, military, and politicians.

She thought it would be a fun thing to do to bring that vibe to Len.

She's starting a branch of a social club for high society people in Len.

Weilan Issues

Yaling tries to convince Weilan to be the face of the commoner section.

• Weilan is aghast, you want a bunch of old commoner men to leer at me?

• She's like, why not, you're so beautiful, and you belong to the Count so it's not like they'll do anything.

• Weilan declines because she's worried that it'll lower her in your eyes.

• Yaling goes to you to ask you to ask Weilan.

  • You can choose to side with one or the other.

• If you side with Weilan this hurts her impression of her. All this time Yaling had considered Weilan like a toy to be shared between the two of you, a child, to be instructed and molded how she see fit. It's the first time she saw Weilan as a person and as a woman.

  • It's not really a good thing, as she had implictly trusted Weilan, as if Weilan was an appendage, and that was where her good nature came from. But now she sees Weilan as an individual with her own self interests which may differ from hers.
  • Though she is still friendly with Weilan and kind, she stopped seeing her as their pet, more as "his pet" that she also gets to play with sometimes.
