Level 1 Outline

1. MC's Perspective & Intentions [A]

Though his meeting with Deng Yu is incidental and his interest in her driven mostly by caddish desire to spread his seed, he quickly rationalizes to himself a strategic reasoning to seduce Deng Yu for political and personal power. It's complicated by his developing, multifaceted feelings for her. In which way will MC's feelings develop? This arc establishes MC's complex internal landscape, his potent blend of ambition, charisma, and burgeoning emotional entanglement, showcasing his capacity for rationalization and vulnerability when faced with a target as formidable and alluring as Deng Yu.

In Act 2 his actions as the Count become less about "correct strategy" and more driven by his bruised ego, possessiveness, a desire to punish her for her success against him, and an subconscious need to reassert dominance. His ruthlessness as the Necromancer, however, remains focused on eliminating her as a threat.

In Act 3, after her capture and maiming, his intention shifts to her psychological and sexual reconditioning, transforming her from a proud Yan warrior into his willing, devoted possession. He sees this as the ultimate expression of his power and the culmination of their complex relationship.

This storyline solidifies MC as a proactive, intelligent protagonist who isn't merely reacting to circumstance but is consciously seizing opportunities to satisfy his complex needs. It deepens his "male power fantasy" role by showcasing his internal justifications and strategic thinking, even if the strategy serves to legitimize pre-existing desires. It heightens stakes by intertwining his necromantic ambitions with a deeply personal conquest, making Deng Yu more than just a pawn but a pivotal figure whose subjugation or alliance carries immense weight. The dramatic irony of the reader knowing his true nature while Deng Yu remains unaware is a constant source of tension, evolving as MC himself is forced to react to her unexpected successes and his own conflicting impulses.

1.1. Deng Yu Seduces MC [B]

MC initially only have slight interest in Deng Yu, only knows her a young talent and a mid-ranking person in the Congress which is full of powerful people. He helped her because why not, it seemed like a good thing to do. Later he's attracted to her charisma and confident attitude.

How will his fear and ambition hold against her allure. This creates tension between his objectives and his human responses.

Humanizes MC, preventing him from being a one-dimensional manipulator. It allows the reader to experience the seduction vicariously, making Deng Yu a compelling character in her own right, and raises the personal stakes for MC, as genuine feelings would complicate his selfish plans.

  • His attraction blossoms over Act 1 and 2, even after he suffers a defeat at her hands. While it made him want to take revenge by sexually dominating her, it made him like her no less, in fact more. While seriously hurting her, mentally destroying her, or even assassinating her was always an option, they are never seriously considered, even in the lowest moments.

    • He likes her, and rather than destroy her mentally with lies, he prefers to just capture her with his full power.
    • It's important to understand that he understands logically that the enemy Dengyu who defeated the Necromancer is completely separate from Dengyu the girlfriend. She does not know that he is the same person, the bratting behavior is not related to his defeat. When he "takes revenge" on her, he understands that it's an illogical emotional seepage, and is careful to make sure that it's hidden, both to her obviously, but also to himself, as he does not like to admit that the defeat has affected him, though it did and he knows it did, but still, letting it show would be too embarrassing. So he would still try not to act too different than from Act 1, but occasionally let slip some sadistic extra thing to get revenge and soothe his ego. While his behavior is notably different, it's still subtle enough of a difference that it's not totally obvious.
  • Act 1 and 2 is a story of building her up, allowing her to show her greatness in all facets to both him and the reader for maximal appeal, then Act 3 is the harvest.

  • You first mention the Deng Yu when hiring Cinean, thinking of how your first choice would be to hire Deng Yu but she is far too rich and powerful. You want to hire someone "like" the Deng Yu but settled on the Cinean.

  • At the Grand Kpor Congress MC sees her political acumen; his defense of her is noted by her with genuine appreciation.

  • First private meeting: MC is struck by her directness, passion, and the intensity of her gratitude. Her intense focused attention acting as a subtle flattery he enjoys.

  • She seeking his opinions under professional pretenses but with a frequency or intensity that hints at personal interest, and the captivating aura of her ambition and competence.

  • His respect for her intellect, ambition, and Yan Order standing grows, but so does a more primal desire.

  • Discussions on magecraft, theology, and governance.

  • He notes her criticisms of his old podcast ideas but is more intrigued by her engagement than offended.

  • Her desire for family, her loneliness despite her success; these details make her more "real" and paradoxically more attractive as a conquest.

  • The MC at first treats his relationship with her cynically, as a victim of his machinations as the Necro, he handles her through Jiaolong, who MC tasks to ensure Deng Yu stays seduced. But in reality he's just fronting, he subtly shows signs of falling for her as well.

  • He enjoys her brattiness as she develops that part of their dynamic. He recognizes that for a woman of her rank and pride, direct vulnerability is impossible. Her bratty challenges are the only way she knows how to ask for intimacy and test his strength. He's being accommodating, giving her what she needs.

  • It works for him as well, and in act 1 he enjoys the process.

  • When her brattiness becomes more anxious and tinged with the "if you even care" desperation, he doesn't see it as simple annoyance. He reads it correctly as a cry for reassurance. His response—becoming rougher, more demanding—is his way of answering her plea. She needs to feel his focused, overwhelming attention to believe it. His intense dominance is the only "proof" of his presence that can cut through her anxiety. He's not punishing her; he's giving her the potent dose of his attention she is desperately begging for.

  • MC understands the brat dynamic perfectly, as an experienced D/ser growing up in a very sophisticated slaving society where power dynamics, control, and submissive psychology are taught and resources readily available. Also being friends with people like Yao Hong.

  • While he understands her bratty tests are a cry for intimacy, his understanding doesn't always translate to patience. He is imperfect, and we get one event where he doesn't react well one time in Act 2. The bratting genuinely annoy him, not because he misunderstands, but because it is an imposition on his time and attention. He ends up responding not with overwhelming reassurance, but with a cold callous, silent violence that puts her firmly back in her place, leaving her feeling the sting of his displeasure. This unpredictability—the blend of calculated gamesmanship and raw, ego-driven reaction—is what makes his control so absolute and addictive. She learns that while her brattiness gets her attention, the quality of that attention is entirely at his mercy.

  • MC acknowledges growing attraction. A deeper connection, he rationalizes, will only make her eventual subversion more complete and satisfying.

  • He's still seduced by her even as she gains a big victory over him and fights him hard as the Necro. While his ego is bruised he recognizes her "homelife" behavior as being very caring to him and being a great girlfriend. He still enjoys being with her and cares about her.

  • However there's a twinge of a desire for revenge, and a greater tendency to hurt her and get his satisfaction sadistically, whereas previously he felt satisfied when bonded or became more submissive, now he felt satisfied when she is hurt. However he's not surprised to see that she took to it just fine, and the increase in intensity felt like natural progression to her in depravity and more condensed use of their more limited time rather than the truth, which of course she wouldn't even begin to imagine.

  • After she returns to him after her capture, and allows him victory over her she seduces him all over again. Her transformation and submission melts him and fixes all the ego bruising he experienced in act 2 and makes him nice to her again. Her victory cost her power but submission gave her power.

  • She is relieved to see the kind MC return, the one who doesn't treat her like an enemy.

  • After her defeat and capture, he doesn't see a broken toy to be used. He sees a woman who has lost everything and is psychologically adrift. The "ghost" of her brattiness is a sign of her shattered identity. His absolute dominance now becomes a form of profound care. He provides a simple, unbreakable structure in a world that has become chaotic for her. Kneel. Serve. Obey. These aren't just commands for his pleasure; they are the walls of a new, safe reality he is building for her, a "gentle cage" where she no longer has to think, fight, or fear. He is taking on the full burden of her existence, and in this context, his total control is the ultimate act of protection.

1.2 Threat and Prize [D]

MC weighs Deng Yu's capabilities—her innovative combat magecraft, her success in exposing the Fukazor cult, her sharp intellect—and the threat she is against his greed and desire to possess her. He sees her as the ultimate prize: her loyalty, if subverted, would be a monumental victory, a powerful tool, and immense personal satisfaction. She's worth the risk.

The reader should feel the immense stakes and appreciate the MC's characteristic audacity in targeting her. He operates out of relatable base desires not just autistic strategy. Establishes Deng Yu's high value, making her conquest more satisfying.

  • Observation of her handling Yan rivals (e.g., Moglukai).
  • MC analyzes reports on her capabilities: her past successes (Fukazor, combat innovations), her dedication to the Yan Order. He assesses her as a genuine threat.
  • He considers the implications of her potential role on the Council of Descendants.
  • He specifically considers the danger she poses if her Necromancer investigation leads to him.
  • He fleetingly considers avoiding her as too risky, but her allure and the challenge are too strong.
  • MC reflects on the political and symbolic value of turning a Yan "rising star," a paragon of their system, into his lover.
  • He fantasizes about the satisfaction of having such a brilliant, strong-willed individual on his side.
  • He recognizes the strategic utility of a loyal Deng Yu versus a dead or resentful one.
  • After gaining control over her orgasm, he starts to subtly respect her less, he turned her into one of his women.
  • But that disrespect backfires on him when she wins over him, which feels more of a sting when someone you think you have under your thumb and control gets one over you.
  • You feel like you need to sabotage her, since losing shook you out of your complacency. But to avoid the story devolving into being about that, we avoid having them meet a lot and giving the player chances to do the sabotage.
  • Her win makes her an even more desirable prize.
  • His romantic natural seduction are jolted. There's less good strategy for smooth subversion and more rough and punitive sex, a wry need to reassert dominance. This is a raw, ego-driven response that hurts the initial well working relationship. The foundation of attraction and conditioning laid earlier is strong enough to withstand this shift, even if it confuses Deng Yu.
  • As the Necromancer, his approach becomes purely strategic and utterly ruthless. She is now a primary target for elimination or capture. He will employ more brutal tactics against Yan forces associated with her. He does something truly horrific to one of her loyal subordinates, forcing them to betray others before killing them, and makes her watch via magical communication, to show her the true face of necromantic power and loyalty.
  • When he finally defeats and captures her after a brutal battle where she is maimed, his feelings are a mix of triumph, satisfaction at her broken state, and a possessive anticipation of her complete reconditioning. He sees her physical and psychological vulnerability as the perfect canvas upon which to impose his will.
  • This internal shift in MC sets the tone for their dynamic moving forward, leading to more intense psychological and physical confrontations. His need to control her becomes obsessive.

1.3. MC Compartmentalizes for Yaling [D]

He tells himself that his actions with Deng Yu is not cheating on Yaling, it's professional work. Acting, or being a spy. He compartmentalizes his identities, as a husband, seducer, and the necromancer. This portrays MC as adept at rationalization.

  • Rationalizing his sexual pursuit as a tool for control and her eventual devotion; a "professional necessity."
  • Brief thoughts early regarding Yaling, quickly brushed aside by the primacy of his current ambition.
  • During the Piyse events, when Yaling is present, he is faced with the two of them interacting, and briefly compares them, but forcibly shoves those thoughts out of the way as very uncomfortable. He does not want to percieve Deng Yu as a mistress, preferring to think of her as an infilitration target, but deep down she's a mistress.
  • Using intellectualization (e.g., "her skills will be invaluable," "this conquest is fitting") to frame his actions.
  • A conscious internal monologue reaffirming his objectives, viewing romantic feelings as irrelevant byproducts to be ignored so that he doesn't have to confront his guilt against Yaling.
  • You would use Jiaolong to handle communication (she would sometimes send messages while pretending to be you), and get advice, but this somewhat lessens as you seriously get emotionally involved with her.

Progression:

  • At the start he just ignores his attraction to DY, and doesn't address the issue.
  • "I mingled with people, saw Ki, talked for a while with Deng Yu, that Yan commander."
  • "What was she like?"
    • When Yaling asks him to speak on Deng Yu at the first congress, he says talks about her using superficially complimentary but subtly unattractive terms to signal that he doesn't like her.
    • Terms like "girlboss" or others, should also subtly convey that Yaling is better without explicitly seeming like he's reassuring her.
  • Later after he admits his attraction to himself and they make out, he determines that it's all just for the purpose of world conquest. DY is an enemy, and a manipulation target. Yaling is the real romance in his life.
  • When DY and Yaling are in the same room in the Rebellion arc, he worries about keeping DY happy since she's integral to the politics. But at the same time he wants her to understand and acknowledge that she can't interfere with his marriage or reveal any hints to Yaling.

2. Deng Yu's Perspective [B]

Deng Yu's journey navigating her demanding professional life within the Yan Order, her unexpected and deepening connection with the Count of Len, and her unwitting role in the investigation against him as the Necromancer. Will this intelligent, highly capable, and devoutly loyal Yan elite discern the true, multifaceted nature of the Count and the extent of the looming Necromancer threat before she is irrevocably entangled? Or will her own vulnerabilities, the relentless pressures upon her, and the Count's sophisticated manipulations lead her down an unforeseen and potentially catastrophic path? This storyline establishes Deng Yu as a competent, ambitious, yet emotionally complex individual facing significant external and internal pressures. The reader's journey is to understand Deng Yu's environment, respect her formidable competence, empathize with the intense pressures she endures, and feel the potent dramatic irony of her growing trust in her ultimate adversary.

It's also a developing romance, secret enemies to lovers. Feel the love and excitement from Deng Yu alongside MC's deepening feelings. There's a grand blooming of this other facet of life that Deng Yu is experiencing, something of color and emotion and deep feeling that is totally unlike the struggle, distrust, and dire consequences of her career life.

This arc makes Deng Yu a three-dimensional character, not just a target. Her competence and the challenges she faces make MC's eventual influence over her more impactful. It also allows for significant dramatic irony as she gets closer to MC while simultaneously (and unknowingly) hunting his alter ego. Her internal struggles and vulnerabilities make her relatable, enhancing the emotional stakes of her storyline.

2.1. Connection & Friendship [B]

Her Yan discipline and neutrality are tested by his charm and her own desire for romance. She visibly softens, progressing from "try to impress" politeness to genuine comfort and confiding in him. This culminates in her granting him significant personal trust. Builds up MC as a charismatic manipulator as well as shows that Deng Yu has an intellectual side, with ideas of her own for how the world works. Establishing that makes conquering her worth while vs a blank slate.

  • MC's initial defense at the Grand Kpor Congress.
  • Then she invites you for a small talk.
    • Upon meeting you you charm her instantly and then you talk for 5 hours straight.
      • You blast through formality and instantly gets her laughing and in a casual mood.
    • She tells you that people are jealous of her because she was promoted so quickly.
    • You empathize with her, saying that you know how it is to not be taken seriously for your accomplishments for being young. You had published a book that people doubted was your writing.
    • She has listened to your podcasts and seen your ideas on magecraft, she is largely critical of it.
    • When she offered criticism it was shot down, and she thought you were an annoying person
    • But in person she finds you much more charming than expected, and the contrast is fascinating
    • Her internal dialogue shows her thinking you are much nicer and less arrogant than she thought. You explained your ideas well, even if she doesn't agree.
    • You had invited her to appear on your podcast before, but she didn't respond.
    • She asks if you were still doing them, and you said no, not really, not since becoming the count. It was too hard to find the time.

Talks about magecraft (his old podcasts), theology, and grand political strategy builds a bond. Adds perceived equality, making seduction less about raw power and more a meeting of minds, flattering Deng Yu.

  • Discussions on MC's old podcast theories: She critiques, he defends, sparking lively debate.
  • You and her helps solve a domestic dispute between two of your friends. inspiration/zjkp88zzutre1.jpeg
    • It's the father of Ki Samen and his wife. They're a count and countess from Piyse, roughly 6 years older than you.
  • She shows a bit of passion about global governance.
  • She is a "sword girl". Obviously as a warrior she can talk your head off about minute details on weapons. Great for world building, showing their dynamic, and showing realistic reactions
    • There are basic information like, solfrey are equipped with personal magecraft shields that make them impervious to physical attacks, eg fire, knives, swords, etc. See Shield Bearing file.
      • But she has specialized knowledge, and would mansplain the different types of magic swords.
      • Don't go too deep into it, just about 2 sentences of her talking and then tell don't show about the interaction.
      • MC is NOT a perfect boyfriend here shows flaws rather than psychopath manipulator, he nods and doesn't really engage, his face shows some boredom, causing her to feel embarrassed about her passion and tone it down.
        • MC has been told by his dad that real lords has to know this stuff, but the specific details always seemed too low level for him.
  • You discuss the demon situation, saying if the Yan is meant to be a global force that protects humanity from the demons then they should scale up and act like proper global guardians.
  • Deng Yu says it's a hard balancing act to not be so large as to make secular governments, particularly the larger powers, uncomfortable. Global governance should mean secular governments all contribute more to the yan and cooperate. It is the smaller countries that generally want a stronger Yan.
  • You laugh and you agree that the Yan was a great force for peace in the world. Personal Stakes:
  • She confides her dream of having family/children
  • How her talent and praise and ensuing focus on her career conflict with her personal desires
  • MC becomes her escape from constant political pressure
  • Their time together lets her imagine a different life
  • But duty keeps pulling her back
  • She's accomplished but lonely at the top
  • Everyone either fears her, wants to use her, or resents her
  • With MC she can let her guard down, be herself
  • Act 2 should have more intimate conversations, either as part of the sex scenes or independently.
    • One of them is about the cult of fukazor. She admits to a vulnerable feeling regarding the investigation. Towards the end of the investigation she was pushed to attack and find the culprits, giving Hepin an excuse to purge the noble family that was the owner of the county, eventually adding it to royal lands.
    • She didn't think the noble family, the count, was responsible for the heresy so she felt used, like a puppet by Hepin. Some of her fame was propaganda by Hepin to justify their purge...
  • Deng Yu views MC as an intellectual equal, increasing her respect and attraction.

2.1.1 Business with Chimao Se [C]

Explain and world-build Chimao as a businesswoman and the Yan org. Deng Yu sees a chance to do something for you by connecting you business wise with Chimao, helping Mystimark Nexus get a Yan contract. This should be foreshadowed as something she considers after the first facefuck orgasm, and something seriously considered by the end of Act 1. In fact deciding to do this would be the indication that she fell in love, and near the end of Act 1 would be where she talks about it with him.

In act 2 it actually happens, she sets it up and the contract is signed.

Testing Him Through Others

Deng Yu, in her official capacity, dismisses Weilan's idea when talking about business with Chimao Se, with a commanding tone that is a little too harsh. "That's a naive analysis, Weilan. We'll proceed with my recommendation." She is unconsciously using the "commander" persona that the MC finds arousing, but directing it at a rival in front of him. She's subconsciously testing: "Do you like it when I'm dominant? Even to your other women?" We should think about how he responds, he could side with either and it would be psychologically interesting either way.

  • Maybe Weilan proposes setting up a public-benefit exclusive product that better targets the Yan as customer.

2.2. Yan Politics [C]

Deng Yu actively works to secure her "rising star" status within the Yan hierarchy, skillfully navigating internal politics, fending off rivals like Moglukai, and managing her reputation. Her talent and dedication are evident, but she also strategically accepts and leverages MC's assistance. She is ambitious and enjoys the thrill of her ascent.

Great world building.

Establishes Deng Yu's agency, intelligence, and the high-stakes environment. MC's aid creates a foundation of trust. Her competence makes her an attractive LI.

  • Initial depiction of her ambition: her desire for a Council of Descendants seat and her wish for a family.
  • Catty rivals resent her rapid rise/reforms. They spread rumors she's sleeping with Moglukai to advance. During the first Global "Grand Kpor Congress" in the game, where you attend with Yaling, you see them gossiping and shut them down.
  • Deng Yu sees you helping defend her and send an invite to you. You meet her, while Yaling is with her parents (in the SCN).
  • She thanks you and you build up a friendship.
  • She confides in MC about Moglukai's animosity.
  • There are rumors that she slept with Yan officials to quickly rise in her career, including Moglukai. This is not true, but she has large number of haters who propagate that BS. Moglukai knows it's not true, but because of the rumors start to feel entitled to her.
    • Previous drafts had you helping her, with this, but it was decided to be boring (and makes him a gopher and her weak for him to fight her battles), and now you're just distracting her with sex and emotional support as she vents intimately.
  • Asks you to find out why Moglukai hates her so much (beyond just jealousy) and what he wants, if it's possible to repair the relationship.
    • There is no scene with Moglukai, you just get the information from your spies.
    • You find out that the Mog is jealous of her because she's likely to get on the CoD while he is not.
  • Her diplomatic role in Piyse is seen as a success by the Yan, further boosting her career.
  • Post-Fabuwie, her influence and reputation within the Yan soar, but so do the expectations and the political maneuvering around her.
  • Payoff: Deng Yu becomes a major figure in the Yan Order, but her heightened status brings new pressures, making her alliance with the Count seem even more valuable, if complicated.

2.2.1 Mireotan Connection [C]

Deng Yu navigates delicate advances from Mireotan nobles seeking to exploit her rumored royal lineage. She uses her connection to MC (and his friendship with Queen Peizhi) to deflect these and manage repercussions. She must maintain Yan neutrality. She uses MC as an intermediary to resolve "debts" from accepting Mireotan aid in her Necromancer investigation, keeping her Yan standing untarnished. This connection becomes more complex as MC's own relationship with Mireota (via Peizhi) deepens, potentially creating conflicting loyalties or opportunities for Deng Yu, especially when she observes Peizhi's overt support for MC during the Piyse events.

  • Showcases Deng Yu's political astuteness. Gives them private matters to discuss during public appearances and natural progression from formal to intimate.

  • Happens during the first third

  • Good place to develop first romantic/sexual tension and her vulnerability and questions over her identity, which is a theme with her

  • You tell her that you heard rumors while in Mireota, that she was a Mireotan princess. She explains the Yan cloisters structure, how it's meant to ensure the Neutrality of the Yan.

  • She's heard rumors that she could be from a dozen countries, the Mireotan princess you heard about could've been any of the dozens of girls she met in the Cloisters, but because she is successful and prominent, they all like to claim that their child was her.

  • Mireotan nobles approach Deng Yu with support offers.

  • She discusses the dilemma with MC, who offers to act as a go-between.

  • MC helps her accept Mireotan aid for her Necromancer investigation minimizing political blowback.

  • Mireotan nobles want to connect with her, assist her career as well as build a relationship so that she would "owe" them and help them out later too.

    • This is a typical situation that happens to the royal children out of Vahanlen Cloisters, and is obviously forbidden.
    • She sees that you have clout with the Mireotan nobles due to your friendship with Peizhi, the new queen, and asks you to help reject them.
      • They're doing weird things like trying to get her DNA to prove her lineage.
    • You do as she asks, but then the Mireotan officials offer assistance with the Necromancer investigations and career assistance that she can't help but begrudgingly accept.
    • Eventually they need help too, and you pass along a sob story. She can't be seen giving any favors to any secular nobility so you act as an intermediary to resolve the situation and fix "her debt".
  • During the Piyse Rebellion, she witnesses Peizhi Nam's Mireotan forces supporting MC, a move that puzzles her given Yan neutrality and Mireota's official alliances. She understands this as MC's magnetism and feels a tinge of jealousy against Peizhi.

  • Deng Yu successfully navigates the Mireotan entanglement, further solidifying her trust in MC's abilities, though the Mireotan situation itself becomes more volatile and unpredictable due to MC's actions.

2.3. Necromancer Investigation [C]

This is about having sex with your enemy. Will you fuck her before she catches you? But because we don't actually want to give the player stress about "doing the right moves" or getting caught, it's not Death Note, we take pains to make it obvious that that's not really a realistic danger. But it's important to make her dangerous on the battlefield, and in fact making her so weak to you sexually makes it more surprising when she achieves legit battlefield victories.

  • Like many other Yan commanders, she is invested in trying to take down the Necromancer, as it is the biggest heresy today.
  • Deng Yu is assigned to investigate and fight the Necromancer.
  • She is given leadership in the investigation alongside other commanders into the Necromancer since she was so successful taking down the Fukazor.
  • She is interested in the technology of necromancy, not just about getting rid of it. But the interest is more scientific than about political power.
  • She falls for you and have sex with you, ends up trusting you with her heart, though she doesn't tell you anything about her work with the Yan/Necromancer and you don't ask her.
    • The MC is not giving her strategic advice about the necromancer. She’s not really talking to him about it either, it’s all purely emotional support, like “gambatte” or generic advice like, focus on one fight at a time, don’t think about the past, etc. She does not share any information about the necro with him.
  • She recalls your podcast insights. There was a point that you were insisting was a that people misunderstood, and that was a good area of research.
    • If you were right...
    • By assuming that you were right, she looks into a very diffcult and hard to make sense of field of magecraft, and reached new breakthroughs.
  • Initial skirmishes with the Necromancer's avatars, where he taunts her.
  • She develops theories about the Necromancer's tactics.
  • The "4D Chess Plot" leading to the Fabuwie ambush and victory.

2.3.1 Her 4D Chess Plot [A]

Deng Yu's storyline at the end of Act 1 culminates in a successful but ironic plan to trap the necromancer. Even though her worst enemy is the necromancer, she is completely unaware that her lover, the man she is falling for (The Count of Len), is that Necromancer. Despite that, she manages to use her wiles to outplay the Necromancer in at least this one instance, securing her a great victory before the Necromancer turns the tables on her in Act 2.

The irony here is that the Count of Len gave her a lot of emotional, social, and sexual support in her fight against the Necromancer, basking in his hubris and assuming that he would just come out on top anyway. She ended up shocking and impressing him.

  • She knows Moglukai is dangerous and might move against the Yan itself in order to further his ambitions for the CoD position.

  • To your surprise she was able to figure out the tricks to your illusion magic and attack your base in Fabuwie directly with a large army while you were fighting Moglukai, causing large damage.

    • This is in large part due to inspiration from your podcasts on magecraft.
    • Let's clarify that the podcasts are some 10 years old and from before you were a necromancer, or had any idea that this was your future. Your magical insights from that time was instrumental in you discovering the Prison of Souls and cracking its illusion magic, the same insights that Deng Yu used. But because those insights are so old and so rudimentary as compared with the actual engineering required to be implemented, Deng Yu does not make the connection.
    • In recent times as friends and lovers, Deng Yu does not talk to you about her job chasing the Necromancer nor have extensive debates on magic. You are not stupid enough to tell her your secrets. She figures it out herself, which is where the impressiveness comes from.
  • With Moglukai injured and gone, she takes over the Divinic Paxere as its new leader, adding it to her command and making her the most dangerous and elite Yan commander.

  • She meets the necro (through his/your avatars) in battle twice. Each time the necro seems less concerned about killing her than taunting her. She deduces that the necro thinks she's hot and wants to sleep with her and is a dirty old man.

    • She also thinks the necro thinks of himself as righteous, the necro doesn't want to kill everyone in the world, but to rule it, and have the people think he's in the right.
    • The Necro is also not as aggressive as she thinks he can be, leading her to think he is holding back and can be manipulated.
  • She plays up her rivalry with Moglukai, while in reality they are both too dedicated to the Yan to let their rivalry interfere with the progress of the war. She tells the Necro that Mog is going to attack the Cloisters, and begs you to save the cloisters by attacking Mog first, giving you data about a time when he's supposedly weak.

    • This is her genius, she anticipated that you would be interested in "saving the children", a messiah complex
    • It turned out that she had done analysis on you, "figured you out"
  • She pretends to be sympathetic to you and tells you that she might be interested in being part of a new world order under you. That you'll need allies like her.

  • She has already conferred with mog to prepare in advance and set up a trap. She thinks because the undead army used hidden bases and not open battle that it's weak in open battle, but she seriously underestimated you.

  • You also thought it may be a trap, that's why you decide to bring a much larger army than has ever appeared.

  • You ended up needing it, and wasn't able to totally destroy the Yan forces and suffered hugely.

  • Even worse, she has already worked out the illusion magic by applying principles she learned from your podcasts, what a genius.

  • While you were busy she attacks and destroys your base, destroying your reserves and cutting off your supply route.

    • This is the real surprise, you didn't plan for the illusion magic to be countered and everything collapses as a result.
  • Then she attacks your rear and destroys a large part of your army, saves Mog's life (Though he's injured).

  • She gets a great strategic victory over you.

  • She declares that the Necro is a well connected noble or Yan cleric. This is not a commoner rebellion or demonic forces. The Necro is one of them, because he knew about the Mog and Deng Yu rivalry and Mog's desire to attack the Cloisters, which are not public information.

  • Deng Yu emerges as the new primary threat to the Necromancer as she is made the new commander of all Yan forces on Fabuwie. There's a promotion scene in Sanming where she invites you to attend. You watch her with mixed feelings, while Yaling looks proud and genuinely happy. Yaling's happiness rubs off on you and you manage to compartmentalize and show only cheer outwardly.

  • She quickly spreads her detection technique to other Yan forces

  • The Necromancer must shift from hiding to aggressive expansion

  • This kicks off Act 2's open warfare phase

  • While the Act Boss is Mog, the actual enemy you face is random, it could be either Mog, his Son, or his young Girlfriend. Don't plan on doing anything narratively, it's just different bosses give us different gameplay challenges for the players.

  • To prevent this from feeling like NTR (COULD EASILY IMO) if Deng Yu was working with Mog to fool you, we depower Mog.

    • Alternatively, we can lean very far into NTR if NTR frogs give us money.
      • They meet up in person and Mog doms her and she submits to him and his plan.
    • We flash back to Deng's talk with Mog, and show that the plan only happened after much antagonism between them and it was through intermediaries, her Aide, and his son and girlfriend.
    • During the sex with Deng Yu the MC encourages her in her fight against the Necro, and she says it's shown that it's due to his support that she actually achieves the victory.
      • You give her a ton of emotional support, which is much needed, you're the only one she feels comfortable getting it from.
      • In early conversations he vigorously defended against her incorrect criticisms of his podcast ideas. This actually made a difference.
        • She says his podcast ideas made a couple of basic mistakes, that he's carrying on due to poor understanding. He says his understanding is actually correct, that conventional wisdom will catch up later, the rules that we operate by are just rules of thumb, they generally work, but a deeper understanding reveals many exceptions.
      • The MC is just surprised that she's that good, but also proud of her accomplishment? He gets to see her insecurity and neediness, which she shows only to him.
      • She's very thankful to you, and afterwards is extremely active in bed, feeling a great deal of emotion like she just wants to reward him.
        • This is particularly ironic at the end when she's defeated. So she was under his control the whole time, she thinks (not really true but she would think that).
        • After she has her victory you can choose to feel proud, and reward the hero with a bondage sexathon (romance path).
        • Optionally you can choose to feel embarrassed for losing, resent her and withdraw your affection (revenge path).
      • MC is basically getting what's coming to him due to his hubris.
    • When Mog is dying he curses Deng Yu, saying that woman tricked everyone, that it was all her plot to set him up to die so she could take his position.
      • For this to not be the case, (we want Deng Yu to be pure hearted) when she meets with MC as a human she bemoans the loss of Mog saying he was a hero, she just made a mistake and she didn't intend for him to die, they underestimated the Necromancer.
  • As a side note: The last time you sleep with her before the battle, you ask her, "Is Mog still bothering you". She says "don't worry about it, my issues with mog are resolved." You assume she's just downplaying things, but it turns out she was telling the truth (ie she wasn't trying to trick the human Count, just the Necro).

  • Deng Yu analyzes the Necromancer's past actions and persona.

  • She formulates the "Cloister bait" strategy.

  • She contacts the Necromancer's avatar, playing on his ego and perceived morality.

  • She delivers false intelligence about Moglukai's supposed attack.

  • She simultaneously coordinates with Yan military elements for an ambush in Fabuwie.

  • The Necromancer (MC), perhaps blinded by hubris, takes the bait.

  • A major battle erupts. The Necromancer's forces suffer significant losses. His Fabuwie base is crippled.

  • Moglukai Hyundak is grievously injured but survives.

  • With Moglukai injured and gone, she takes over the Divinic Paxere as its new leader, adding it to her command and making her the most dangerous and elite Yan commander.

  • Meet her during her appointment to Divinic Paxere, and she congratulates you and credits with helping with her victory

  • Deng Yu publicly declares the Necromancer must be a highly-connected insider.

2.3.2 Act 2 [A]

  • Deng Yu is lauded and given more resources. She spearheads a more aggressive campaign.
  • Organizes a grave destroying campaign
  • In response to this and to the losses suffered by the undead army's "powered down" storage of reserved troops you decide to not keep them depowered and instead take revenge by slaughtering civilians to add them to your army.
  • You meet her several times in battle, where she suffers horrendous losses
  • Necromancer (you) does something truly horrific:
    • Captures one of her loyal subordinates
    • Forces them to betray others before killing them
    • Makes her watch via magical communication
    • Shows her exactly what necromancy can do to loyalty
    • For a conquered solfrey yan leader, break them down and offer them the chance to join you. When they accept laugh and mock them foe betraying everything. invite her to join your side as a knight, and when she accepts laugh at her at how she betrayed everything she fought for, ridicule her, and then sell her off as a slave (crazy violation since solfrey cannot be slaves).
  • She's both terrified and thrilled by his power, grows a deep respect for the Necromancer
  • This personal violation makes her hate necromancer deeply
  • Creates maximum dramatic irony since she's still fond of MC
  • Her intensified efforts make her a primary target for the Necromancer, leading to a final, devastating battle where she is defeated and captured.
  • Deng Yu becomes a celebrated hero but is increasingly burdened by the escalating brutality of the war, a conflict she is unknowingly fueling. Her very success leads to her downfall.

2.4. Deng Yu's Role in Piyse Rebellion/Invasion (Pre-Fabuwie) [C]

Taking place after her first Face-Fuck Orgasm and before the 4D Chess Plot.

After hearing about your crisis during the Rebellion against Piyse, Deng Yu rushes to be the one to mediate. She loved you and wanted to support you, and of course have hot personal sex with you.

Deng Yu is dispatched as a high-ranking Yan representative. Her official mission is to mediate the conflict, prevent excessive bloodshed, and protect Yan interests.

She arrives in Piyse during the height of the crisis, where she also is forced into close and extended proximity with Yaling, MC's wife.

This places her in a complex position, juggling official duties with her secret loyalty and love for MC, and navigating the presence of his wife.

  • Deng Yu arrives in Yanezhou (Piyse's capital) with a Yan delegation. She is received with the honors due to her rank.
  • She attempts to open diplomatic channels with both MC's faction and the Piysean King's loyalists.
  • She has private meetings with MC (as the Count of Len), where her professional demeanor is strained by their personal history and her underlying concern for him. (Covered further in 3.3)
  • She meets Yaling at official functions or during MC's meetings. Deng Yu is professionally courteous but observes Yaling closely, noting her poise and the clear affection between Yaling and MC. This may trigger complex emotions in Deng Yu – respect for Yaling's position, a touch of envy, and a heightened awareness of the illicit nature of her own relationship with MC.
  • If MC uses his undead army (in the "Invasion of Piyse" variant) and frames it as them "following" her, she is put in an incredibly awkward position, forced to publicly denounce the Necromancer while privately grappling with the chaos and her connection to MC.
  • She might use her Yan authority to subtly favor MC's position or to create delays that benefit him, rationalizing these actions as being in the best interest of "peace" or "stability."
  • Payoff: Deng Yu's presence adds complexity to the Piyse conflict. Her actions, driven by a mix of duty and personal affection, inadvertently (or sometimes wittingly) aid MC. Her observations of Yaling add another layer to her internal conflict regarding MC.

2.5. Feelings for the Count [A]

Very important to show the development of her crush on you turn into lust and love. Pretty straightforward romance without much complication from her side. Even as you "test her", she passes them with flying colors (proves her loyalty to an even greater degree and embraces your foibles and emotional issues.) This storyline is crucial for making Deng Yu's eventual submission or transformation believable and emotionally resonant. It highlights her human vulnerability beneath the stoic commander facade and raises the personal stakes of her relationship with MC.

  • Post-Grand Kpor Congress: Gratitude deepens into curiosity.

  • She is attracted to you just by vibe. Cute, a beautiful wife and a beautiful life and is generally popular with beautiful women. Compared to a lot of other men that she knows, he's not someone who wants to use her for politics (typically men who are more powerful than her) nor looks up to her (other men in the Yan or below her station).

    • Their meeting is a serendipitous "meet-cute" which is dreamy to her. Or at least it wasn't something planned or "organized", ie a setup by friends or a blinddate situation, which can sometimes be less romantic.
    • He is already taken, and this little tidbit allows her to feel comfortable engaging with him because it's "safe" and won't "lead anywhere" (lying to herself).
    • She found your podcast personality arrogant and so was surprised to realize you are much more personable than her old impression.
  • MC empathizes with her about the pressures of being young and accomplished, creating a bond. She confides in him about her career challenges and personal desires (e.g., wanting a family), feeling understood.

  • Their debates, while sometimes contentious, stimulate her and foster mutual respect.

  • Plots and giggles over ideas for how to find excuses to see you

  • rereads your messages, and finds her thoughts drifting to you during the day.

  • Your presence becomes a source of excitement and a pleasant distraction.

  • Physical Attraction: She becomes more aware of him physically during their meetings, noticing his charisma and presence. This builds towards the sexual tension in storyline 3.3 and 4.

  • She is puzzled and amazed by the feelings that she's having, finds them valuable, a sign that she's maturing, he's helping her find herself as a lover girl, the deepest crush she's ever had.

  • Amazing sex and learning how fun it is to experience the dominance of someone who naturally just feels like he's above her without it being an actual political hierarchy.

  • She starts valuing his opinion and emotional support more than she realizes, leaning on him during political stresses.

  • MC empathizes with her pressures, creating a bond. She confides about career challenges and personal desires.

  • Their debates stimulate her and foster mutual respect.

  • Limerence intensifies after they hook up.

  • Becomes more aware of him physically.

  • She is puzzled and amazed by these feelings. He's helping her find herself as a "lover girl."

  • Amazing sex and learning the fun of dominance from someone who naturally feels above her.

  • Emotional Dependence: Starts valuing his opinion and emotional support.

  • Enjoys how he makes her laugh

  • Sexual tension from being able to be vulnerable with each other

  • By the end of Act 1, Deng Yu is in love.

  • Post-Fabuwie: Life becomes more demanding

  • She see MC becoming more distant, attention divided.

  • She worries if the relationship can withstand the pressures of their respective duties and your seemingly shifting moods.

  • She partly blames herself, knowing her own schedule is relentless, and frets about him losing interest.

  • This anxiety, mixed with her deepening love and obsession, makes her more determined to "pass" any tests in their relationship.

  • MC's rougher sex alarms and excites her. She tries harder go satisify you and push her own limits, enjoying the progress into becoming your ideal, and isn't at all put off by your attitude.

  • She notices MC's subtle shift in demeanor. She attributes this to stress or her own busyness.

  • She experiences moments of insecurity, wondering if she is "enough."

  • She redoubles her efforts to please him, interpreting his harshness as a sign of the immense pressure he is under, or as a more challenging phase of their passionate relationship. Her love becomes a desperate, clinging force.

  • She becomes aware she is changing for him, shaping herself to what she thinks he desires, and finds this realization oddly hot and a testament to the depth of her feelings.

  • She feels sorry for herself and find it crazy that she got herself into such an emotionally dependent situation. But then you somehow manage to reassure her (without really trying to) / she has an interaction with you that pulls her back in.

  • Following her defeat by the Necromancer (MC) in a climactic battle, Deng Yu is horrifically injured, losing her right arm and right leg, and suffers heavy burns. She is captured and taken to Loprin Manor like Dou Rong.

  • She starts off not believing the Necro is the MC, count of Len. She thinks the necro, having captured her, is using some kind of illusion to pretend to be the MC to torture or get information out of her.

  • The love from Act 1 and 2 remains, now twinged with a feeling of

  • MC eventually forces her to confront the truth of his dual identity. This revelation obliterates her worldview. The man she loved, trusted, and confided in is the monster she dedicated her life to fighting. Her tactical genius, her Yan loyalty, her very sense of self, all collapse. She feels profoundly betrayed and foolish.

  • Maimed and helpless, stripped of her rank and purpose, Deng Yu falls into deep despair. Her physical dependency on her captors is total.

  • MC begins a deliberate process of psychological manipulation. He ridicules her Yan ideals, her loyalty, her past achievements, framing them as foolishness or the result of Yan indoctrination. He contrasts her "wasted" life as a warrior with the "true" purpose of a woman – to serve and please a powerful man like him. He points out her desire for family as the natural purpose of life. A woman's youth is to find the best possible genetics and protection for her children. It's been accomplished, everything has led her to this point, to you.

  • She plays back the past in her head, reinterpreting their intellectual conversations as his early attempts to gauge her suitability, their sexual encounters as her fated surrender to his superior will. He makes her believe he was always in control, always planning her eventual possession. This narrative of his overwhelming strategic mastery appeals to her (former) tactical mind, making submission seem like the only logical, inevitable outcome.

  • Her physical helplessness becomes a new arena for sexual submission (see 4.6). The rituals and dynamics they established earlier are now enforced with absolute authority, devoid of the pretense of mutual exploration.

  • Deng Yu's former identity is annihilated. She is reborn as MC's devoted possession, her mind and desires reshaped to align with his. Her love for him is no longer that of an equal (however compromised) but of a worshipper for her god-like master.

  • Deng Yu's emotional journey is one of escalating love and obsession, leading to a vulnerable state that MC exploits, ultimately culminating in her complete psychological and emotional reprogramming in captivity.

2.5.1 Sexual Chemistry [B]

She starts off their interactions with her guard up, but it's quickly shattered in the first event. It's passionate and quickly escalates. Deng Yu is flustered but undeniably aroused and ready to go. Deng Yu's starts as "domming from the bottom", but is then overpowered into a sub role that she enjoys. But psychologically, she's not one to just submit, and morphs into a brat.

  • At the start, her professional armor, forged in the disciplined, political, environment of the Vahanlen Cloisters is the most notable thing about her personality.

    • It’s a containment field she erects to maintain control, project authority, and defend against the manipulations of rivals.
    • The entire point of their first interaction is to show the MC as the unique force capable of cracking that containment field.
    • This phase is extremely brief and happens during their first public interaction at the Grand Kpor Congress.
    • She is polite, formal, and guarded. Her speech is precise. Her posture is rigid. She is the perfect Yan Commander on duty. This is the "Ice Queen" façade.
    • The MC gets past this with charisma, effective emotional storytelling, and challenging her as a peer, not just an official. This intrigues her.
      • The pressure inside her containment field starts to build. She experiences a mixture of gratitude, intellectual stimulation, and raw personal attraction that her professional armor is not designed to handle. She leaves this first interaction feeling flustered and intrigued, a state she is not used to.
    • When they meet again privately, she tries to re-establish the professional façade, but it's already weakened.
    • The conversation quickly escalates from formal to intensely personal and intellectual. They are sparring, and the energy in the room becomes electric.
    • There's a moment—a charged silence after a particularly sharp point in their debate, a step he takes into her personal space, a lingering look that holds for a second too long. Her training and discipline are screaming at her to step back, to reassert control, to maintain distance.
    • But the attraction, the intellectual fire, and the shock of meeting someone who sees through her armor is too much.
  • The "hungry and immediate" kiss is the moment the containment field shatters, a loss of control, floodgate breaking.

    • clumsiness is proof that this is a raw, unplanned impulse, not a smooth seduction, messy, authentic result of two intense people finally acting on an overwhelming urge
    • The kiss is the demolition of the façade. The "Ice Queen" start is what makes the subsequent passionate explosion so meaningful and believable. It gives the MC a clear and immediate victory, demonstrating his unique effect on her and setting the stage for their entire dynamic. Without the initial, brief coldness, the subsequent heat would lack context and impact.
  • Their first kiss is hungry and immediate.

  • Early lovemaking is passionate but clumsy as they navigate new dynamics.

  • MC observes her attempts to control the sexual encounter and firmly dismantle them, rewarding surrender.

  • The Transition Begins: After their first few intense sexual encounters (4.4.1), where his dominance is undeniable, she begins to subconsciously test the boundaries of this new dynamic outside the bedroom. Her professional respect starts to mix with a desire to be personally managed and controlled by him.

  • The Brat Emerges (Mid-Act 1): She starts exhibiting bratty behavior: playful defiance, pouting, using phrases like "I guess you'll have to make me" or "if you even care." This is her way of shedding the burden of her commander persona and inviting him to take charge. She finds it intensely arousing when he responds not with annoyance, but with firm, playful dominance.

  • Act 2 Intensification: As the war escalates and they see each other less, her brattiness takes on a more anxious, demanding edge. Her "if you even care" becomes more frequent, a desperate plea for attention and reassurance amidst the chaos. His rougher sexual responses during this time are interpreted by her as the "punishment" her bratty behavior "deserves," reinforcing the dynamic even as it becomes more fraught with tension. She sees his harshness as proof that he does care enough to discipline her.

  • Sometimes when she's bratty she'll leave you sarcastic notes and stuff, you would take this to Jiaolong and she would laugh at them and give you advice on them. You would make fun of Jiaolong, asking how she's so wise on all this stuff when she's even younger than you, but she says it's because she has nothing to do but think about this all day.

  • She uses bratty behavior to initiate their power dynamic. A pout or a sarcastic comment is a signal for him to take control, a ritual that leads to the intimacy she craves. Her internal monologue romanticizes this "game."

  • As distance grows, she sends him messages that are deliberately provocative. "I was thinking of making a major strategic decision on my own today, since you're too busy to advise me. I'm sure it will be fine... if you even care about the outcome." This is a desperate attempt to force his engagement.

  • She might overcompensate in her efforts to please him sexually when they do meet, hoping to regain his undivided attention and approval, but will often preface this with a bratty challenge, making him "earn" her perfect submission.

  • A truly terrified or broken person does not brat. Brattiness is a luxury afforded by safety. Her testing behavior is the ultimate compliment to his dominance; she trusts his control so completely that she feels safe enough to play with it.

  • By act 2, very comfortable with seducing him submissively and acting girly.

    • At a meeting, when she gets you alone, and you smile at her, she excitedly bounces to the bed, throws off her clothes in an instant and pops down on the with her mouth open and head falling over the edge, looking at you upside down, tongue out. She points to her open mouth and hurries you with her eyes.

2.5.2 Attraction to Romance to D/s [A]

This is basically the core dynamic development in the first third of Act 1. The transition from a powerful peer to a willing submissive is the most important and delicate phase of her entire character arc. If it feels rushed or unbelievable, the rest of the story falls apart.

Her submission is not a sudden fall, nor is it a formal, verbal negotiation. It is a gradual, organic process of being outmaneuvered and overpowered on every level—intellectual, emotional, and finally, physical. There is no single moment where she "decides" to be his submissive; rather, it's a series of small defeats and revelations that lead her to an undeniable conclusion: with him, submission is her most natural and pleasurable state.

Initially, Deng Yu sees the MC as a peer, but one she holds a slight edge over. She is a "rising star" in the Yan, the world's most powerful spiritual and military organization. He is "just" the Count of a backwater county, albeit a famous scholar. In her mind, her authority is transnational and divine; his is local and secular. She has listened to his podcasts and read his work. She finds his ideas "annoying" and heterodox, something to be critiqued from her position of established Yan wisdom. She sees him as a talented but misguided amateur.

Her social power as a high-ranking Yan official is a shield against political or social challenges. It works on people who play by the rules of that system. The MC's power over her operates on a different, more primal level: personal dominance. He doesn't engage with her as a Yan official; he engages with her as a man engaging with a woman he desires. This reframing is disorienting for her and bypasses her usual defenses.

1. Dismantling Her Framework
  • The MC doesn't treat her with the deference she expects. He's not rude, but he's not intimidated. He teases her, challenges her ideas directly, and holds her gaze a little too long. He treats her as an intellectual and personal peer, completely ignoring the unspoken power distance her rank usually creates. "Who is this man? Does he not understand who I am?" She's used to controlling the frame of every conversation. His refusal to fit into it is jarring and it's a subtle loss control.
  • He shows deeper understanding and impressive insight. He intuits the political pressures she's under (rivals, gossip) and speaks to that reality, showing he understands her world better than she expected. He treats her personal struggles as more real than the political dogma.
  • She enters the conversation feeling superior and leaves feeling intellectually naked.
  • In later convos he becomes a confidante. He is the only person she can talk to about the pressures of her job who isn't a rival, a subordinate, or a superior. He offers a space of non-judgmental empathy. This is a vulnerability she has never been able to afford before.
2. Physical Test
  • The tension between them has been building. As they part ways or during a moment of intense debate, he makes a subtle but undeniable move. He places a hand on the small of her back to guide her, but lets it linger possessively. He playfully block her path, forcing her to acknowledge his physical presence. The key is that it's a non-sexual but physically dominant act.
  • Her body reacts before her mind can. A flush of heat, a skipped heartbeat. She is intensely aware of him as a male presence, not just a colleague.
  • She tries to retort with a sharp, professional comment, but her voice wavers. This is where the first "bratty" spark appears—a defensive, sarcastic comment to try and regain control. "Are you in my way, Count?"
  • Her mind is screaming that she didn't have time for entanglements, that it could be disastrous for her career and peace of mind. Her body is humming with a dangerous excitement. She feels the magnetic pull of his confidence and develops the rationalizations about him being married and thus "safe".
3. Physical Conquest
  • This is not a romantic, gentle kiss. It's a claiming. After a particularly charged moment, he sees the look in her eyes—a mix of defiance and yearning. He doesn't ask. He acts. He closes the distance, perhaps backing her against a wall or cupping her face firmly, and kisses her with an authority that leaves no room for debate. It's a kiss that says, "This is happening."
  • The force of his will and the overwhelming physical sensation short-circuit her resistance. The tension she has been holding—the fight between her duty and her desire—is decisively lost. Her body responds with a hunger that scares and thrills her. She kisses him back not as an equal, but as someone who has been conquered. The struggle is over. She is reliefed. A decision has been made for her. The tension that has been building for weeks finally breaks, and the release is intoxicating. It's a surrender.
  • "Is this it, it's going to be my dramatic romance. He finally did it." She recognizes in that moment that she didn't want him to ask; she wanted him to take.
4. Non-Verbal Negotiation

Her submission is cemented in their first sexual encounter. This is where the physical negotiation happens, and it's entirely one-sided.

  • He Ignores Her Commands: She reflexively try to take charge ("Choke me," "Do it this way"). He will completely ignore these instructions. He will physically move her, position her, and proceed at his own pace, in his own way. His actions are a clear, unspoken statement: "Your authority does not exist here. You are here to receive, not to direct."
  • He Prioritizes Her Surrender Over Her "Performance": He's not interested in her "skills." He is interested in her letting go. He might hold her down and simply watch her, waiting for the fight to leave her eyes before he continues. He rewards her moments of passivity and helplessness with overwhelming pleasure.
  • What She Feels: A sequence of emotions: Frustration ("Why isn't he listening?"), followed by Fear ("I have no control here"), which finally gives way to Exhilaration. She discovers, viscerally, that her own attempts at control were a barrier to pleasure. True, earth-shattering pleasure comes only when she gives up completely and allows herself to be used by him. It's a profound, physiological revelation. Her body learns, before her mind fully accepts, that his dominance is the key to her release.

Immediately after the first few overpowerings, Deng Yu is not thinking "I am his submissive now." She is in a state of confusion and cognitive dissonance.

  • Her Commander Mind: Is reeling. It's analyzing what happened from a tactical perspective and cannot categorize it. It wasn't assault (she was a willing participant, even if overwhelmed), but it wasn't a partnership. It was a defeat. Her mind, trained to control outcomes, is struggling with a situation it could not control.
  • Her Body: Is humming with a new, visceral memory. It remembers the intensity, the helplessness, and the overwhelming pleasure that came from that helplessness (as established in her face-fuck orgasm breakthrough). Her body has learned a new truth faster than her mind has.
  • Her Yearning Soul (the "Daddy Issues" layer): Feels a terrifying and exhilarating sense of peace. For the first time, an authority figure didn't just approve of her performance; he took away the need to perform entirely. He simply took control. This feels both deeply wrong (to her pride) and deeply right (to her core wound).

She is a walking contradiction: ashamed of her powerlessness, yet physically craving it; proud of her identity, yet relieved to have it momentarily stripped away.

5. Assuming Submission Outside the Bedroom

This is the most critical step, and it is entirely driven by the MC. He does not negotiate. He does not ask. He assumes.

He unilaterally expands the power dynamic they established in bed to their entire relationship. He does this not with grand declarations, but with small, almost trivial interactions.

  • Example 1 (Verbal Command): Days later, they are discussing something professional. He says, casually but with an unmistakable tone of command, "Pour me a drink." It's not a request. It's the same tone of voice he used when he told her to get on her knees. He is testing if the frame holds outside of a sexual context.
  • Example 2 (Physical Assumption): They are walking together. He doesn't ask her to walk slightly behind him; he simply sets a pace and uses a subtle hand on her lower back to guide her into a more deferential position, as if it's the most natural thing in the world.

He is creating a new reality through his actions, one where her submission to him is the default setting of their relationship. He is daring her to challenge it.

When the MC makes these non-sexual bids for dominance, Deng Yu's internal war intensifies.

  1. Pride/Resistance: Her Commander mind screams, "Who does he think he is? I am not his servant."
  2. Rationalization: Her analytical mind tries to find a cope. "This is just his personality. He's an assertive man. It doesn't mean anything. It's actually kind of masculine and attractive."
  3. Physical/Emotional Response: Her body remembers the thrill of his dominance. His commanding tone sends a jolt of arousal through her. Her soul remembers the relief of not having to be in charge.

In these crucial early moments, the combination of rationalization and physical memory wins out over pride. She complies. She pours the drink. She adjusts her position. She does it with a flicker of internal resistance, but she does it. Each act of compliance is a small surrender that weakens her Commander mind and strengthens the new dynamic.

6. Codifying the Dynamic (The First Bratty "Game")

She cannot go back to being his equal (the sexual dynamic has made that impossible), and she is not yet ready to be a placid, silent submissive (her pride and intelligence are too strong). So, she becomes a brat.

The brattiness is her way of processing her submission. It is her only way to fight back from a position of acknowledged defeat. When he gives a command, she might:

  • Comply with a sarcastic edge: "Of course, my lord. Your every whim is my command." (This preserves a sliver of her pride).
  • Delay compliance: She might sigh, roll her eyes, and take her time, forcing him to reassert his command, perhaps more forcefully.
  • Question the command playfully: "And why should I do that?"

This is not genuine rebellion. It is a test. She is asking, "Is your frame absolute? Are you really in charge? Prove it to me again." It's her way of repeatedly engaging with the dominance, seeking the reassurance of his unshakeable control because that control is what now brings her pleasure and a strange sense of security.

  • How it Happens: This is the crucial stage where the D/s dynamic is established without a single word of negotiation. In their next intimate encounter, feeling vulnerable but also thrilled, she tests the new reality. He gives her a simple command, perhaps "Come here."
    • Her Bratty Test: She hesitates, smirks, and says, "And if I don't?" or "You'll have to make me." She isn't actually refusing. She is inviting him to enforce his will. She is asking, "Was that kiss a one-off, or is this who we are now?"
    • His Dominant Response: He doesn't debate. He doesn't try to persuade her. He walks over, picks her up, and carries her to the bed. Or he pins her hands above her head and leans in close, whispering, "You don't have a choice." He meets her verbal challenge with effortless physical dominance.
  • What She's Feeling:
    • Exhilaration: This is the answer she was desperate for. Her defiance was not met with anger or rejection, but with the very control she secretly craves.
    • The Rules Are Set: She has learned the fundamental rule of their game: her role is to test, and his role is to dominate. The "punishment" for her defiance is the pleasure of his control.
    • Safety in His Strength: This is the moment she feels truly safe with him. He has proven he can handle her moods, her challenges, and her defiance. He is strong enough for her to let go of her own crushing need to be in control. She can finally relax into a different role.

From this point on, their dynamic is set. She will continue to be a brat, and he will continue to put her in her place. It's a deeply ingrained ritual that satisfies her need for hierarchy, provides the personal attention she was denied, and allows her to safely explore the submission that feels so right and so freeing.

This creates a self-reinforcing cycle that becomes the true "negotiation" of their relationship:

  1. MC assumes dominance.
  2. Deng Yu tests this dominance with bratty behavior.
  3. MC meets her test not with anger or negotiation, but with firm, amused, and often physical dominance (e.g., a sharp word, a spank, physically turning her to the task).
  4. This reaffirms his control, resolves her internal conflict, and leads to the arousal/pleasure/intimacy she now craves.
  5. The experience solidifies her role as the submissive brat and his as the unshakable Dom.

She learns, implicitly, that being "good" (quietly compliant) gets her gentle affection, but being "bad" (bratty) gets her his focused, intense, overpowering attention—which is far more addictive. He is, in effect, training her to be a brat because it's more stimulating for them both.

2.5.2 Relationship Progression [C]

As their physical relationship deepens, Deng Yu actively engages with her feelings for MC. She cherishes the time spent with him, finding it a vital emotional outlet and a source of intense pleasure. She might initiate contact more frequently, using professional reasons as a thin veil for her desire to connect. Her thoughts are increasingly occupied by him, and she begins to see their relationship as something uniquely special. Post-Piyse and leading to Fabuwie, as MC becomes more distant or demanding, her efforts to maintain the relationship intensify. She might try to initiate their familiar intellectual sparring or offer him insights from her work, seeking to rekindle their earlier ease. She becomes hyper-aware of his reactions, trying to decipher his moods and anticipate his desires. The "sacrifices" she perceives herself making (e.g., tolerating his increased roughness, prioritizing his needs over her own comfort or schedule) are framed in her mind as proof of her devotion and her commitment to "passing the test" of their evolving relationship. This internal narrative fuels her obsession and her willingness to adapt to his changing expectations.

  • She actively seeks out his company, valuing their conversations and physical intimacy.
  • She treasures the unique sexual dynamic they are developing.
  • She may start to subtly adapt her behavior or preferences to align with what she perceives he enjoys.
  • Her internal narrative romanticizes their connection.
  • She was fine being your mistress, her guilt towards Yaling was assuaged by simply avoiding her and assuming that Yaling was a big girl who was used complicated aristocratic society. She wonders if Yaling knows, and would tell herself yes, Yaling does, but deep down she thinks Yaling doesn't.
  • During the Piyse events, she observes Yaling with MC. She notes Yaling's confidence and beauty, and the easy intimacy between husband and wife. This might spark a flicker of jealousy or a deeper longing for a similar recognized status with MC, though she quickly suppresses such thoughts as inappropriate for her current relationship.
  • She sends him thoughtful gifts or messages, trying to bridge the perceived distance.
  • She overcompensates in her efforts to please him sexually, hoping to regain his undivided attention and approval.
  • Her internal monologue reflects a growing anxiety about losing him, mixed with a fierce determination to prove her love and loyalty.
  • She wonders about Yaling. She's vaguely aware that she's embarking onto something possibly bad (has the potential to blow up in her face with drama), with a married man.
  • She wonders about her future, is it going to be as a mistress? Being a mistress has been a common, even stereotypical life (several famous examples) for a Yan woman, but she's always thought she was better than that.
  • But she surpresses that negativity immediately, it's not fun to think about. She's just going with the flow and doing what's fun for now, even if nothing comes of it it's just to get her rocks off.
  • It's not until she gets fully emotionally entangled that she starts thinking about it seriously and the thought of being a mistress hurts her heart, but she's still willing to accept it and push off any action to that regard. She really likes him and doesn't want to scare him away.
2.5.2.1 Relationship Dynamic

The Framework:

The Progression:

  • Act 1: Sexual discovery + development of their "signals"
  • Early Act 2: Signals become more bold, used in semi-public contexts
  • Late Act 2: She catches herself automatically deferring to him, creates anxiety
  • Act 3: With identity shattered, these ingrained responses are all she has left

Her Internal Experience:

  • "We have this intense connection"
  • "He knows exactly how to affect me"
  • "These are our private games"
  • Never "I'm his submissive" until Act 3

What This Looks Like:

  • No explicit commands or training
  • Instead: meaningful looks, specific touches, callback gestures from intimate moments
  • She responds because the gesture triggers the feeling from their intimacy
  • The "addiction" is to the peace/intensity he provides, not to submission itself

The Core: He systematically conditions her through intense sexual dominance until her need for submission bleeds into every aspect of their relationship. She becomes addicted to the psychological relief of being controlled by him.

Act 1: Discovery and Language Creation

Sexual Context: He trains her throat to be his primary fuckhole through systematic face-fucking. Combines physical conditioning with magecraft to ensure she can only achieve real orgasms while choking on his cock. She discovers that submission unlocks pleasure she never imagined possible.

The Bleed: Their sexual intensity creates an unspoken private language:

  • Gestures from their intimacy become signals (a specific touch, look, or word)
  • She finds herself responding to these signals outside bed without thinking
  • Each response is justified as "just this moment" or "our private thing" that's fun, it's escalated slowly and never gets to the point in Act1/2 where it's a lifestyle or identity.

Private Non-Sexual: The intensity of their sexual dynamic creates involuntary responses outside the bedroom. When he grips her throat during conversation, she gets wet. When he guides her physically, she follows his lead beyond the immediate gesture. Small commands emerge - a gesture that means "kneel," a look that means "come here." She obeys because disobedience feels wrong, like breaking the rules of their private world.

Public: Micro-signals develop organically. A specific way he says her name that makes her pulse quicken. A gesture that started as foreplay becomes a silent command. She responds before thinking, then covers with professional interaction. To observers, nothing unusual. To them, invisible threads of control. They develop subtle signals that let him control her even in formal settings. A specific tap means end your conversation and come. A way of saying her name that makes her body prepare for submission. She responds automatically, then covers with professional behavior. The thrill of obeying him in plain sight becomes intoxicating.

Bratting: recognizes her provocations as desperate bids for dominance from someone who needs to be controlled but can't ask directly. When she says "if you even care," she's really saying "prove your ownership of me." He understands this psychology perfectly - she needs him to overcome her resistance so she doesn't have to admit she wants to submit. Her bratting is how a proud woman begs to be dominated.

Act 2: Distance and Desperation

Sexual Context: Less frequent encounters become rougher, more punitive. He denies her favorite acts (face-fucking) as petty punishment for her military success against him. She interprets his harshness as stress, tries harder to please him, not recognizing the revenge dynamic. Their encounters become brutal. He fucks her face with genuine aggression, makes her perform degrading acts that would have horrified her former self. She accepts it all, desperate to prove she can handle whatever he demands.

Private Non-Sexual: Their private language becomes charged with tension. The signals still work - perhaps too well. When he uses their throat-grip gesture during an argument, she finds herself getting wet even while furious. The involuntary responses disturb her but she can't stop them.

Public: She catches herself watching for his signals even when she shouldn't. During the Piyse conference, she ends important negotiations because his finger tap says "come here." The automatic obedience frightens and thrills her. She tells herself it's just their game while knowing it's become something more. She finds herself constantly watching for his signals, organizing her behavior around his potential commands. During important negotiations, she abandons them instantly when he summons her. The automatic obedience terrifies her but she can't stop - disobeying their signals feels like betraying the core of their relationship.

Bratting: Becomes desperate and anxious. "If you even care" shifts from playful to genuinely pleading. She's not testing boundaries anymore - she's begging for proof he still wants to dominate her. He recognizes the shift: she's becoming dependent on their dynamic for emotional regulation, not just sexual satisfaction. Transforms from playful testing to desperate pleading. She provokes him constantly, needing the reassurance of his dominance. Her "if you even care" becomes genuinely pathetic - she's terrified he's losing interest and frantically trying to trigger his control. He recognizes she's become dependent on their dynamic for basic emotional stability.

Act 3: Identity Collapse and Reconstruction

Sexual Context: Her mouth is just another hole for his cock. With her limbs gone, oral service becomes her primary purpose. No more training needed - she exists to be face-fucked. Physical helplessness only reinforces what was already true psychologically.

Private Non-Sexual: Every gesture he trained into her now controls her completely. The signals that once felt like thrilling secrets are now her entire behavioral framework. She kneels when he enters rooms, positions herself below him automatically, responds to commands without thought. Their "private language" has replaced her personality.

Public: She has no public identity separate from being his possession. The signals still work but there's no need to hide them. The former Commander now crawls to him in front of others when he snaps his fingers, not from humiliation but because that's simply what that gesture means.

The Transformation: In Act 1, responding to his tap was thrilling because she chose to play along with their secret. In Act 3, she responds because she has no other framework for existence. The signals haven't changed - her ability to exist outside them has vanished.

Bratting Evolution:

  • Act 1: "Make me" (confident she wants to be made)
  • Act 2: "If you even care" (desperate for reassurance)
  • Act 3: Ghosts of bratting - habitual defiance with no real resistance behind it, just muscle memory of who she used to be

Their intimate language, once a thrilling addition to her full life, became her only remaining vocabulary after everything else was stripped away.

2.6. Her Place in the Empire (Epilogue) [B]

Deng Yu's connection to MC solidifies into her defined role within his established empire.

  • She is one of his harem, her value determined by her ability to please him and her symbolic status as a conquered Yan elite. Her interactions with him are dictated by his whims.
  • If her mind remains sharp and her loyalty absolute, MC consults her on Yan matters or theological interpretations that serve his regime, but always from a position of subservience.
  • Her past as a powerful Yan commander and her dramatic fall makes her an object of curiosity, pity, and fear among other women. She will need to navigate these dynamics, likely relying on MC's favor for her standing.
  • She eventually becomes friends with Yaling, Cinean, and Weilan.
  • Deng Yu finds a stable, if entirely subordinate, place in MC's new world order, her life a testament to his power.
  • Physical Form and Role:
    • Disabled Devotee: If her limbs are not restored, she lives as a symbol of MC's power and her own utter devotion. Her service is primarily oral and through her intellect if MC chooses to use it. Her helplessness is a constant erotic reminder of her submission.
    • Rebuilt Possession: If given prosthetics, they are a mark of his ownership. She moves with a grace taught by him, her abilities solely for his service or display. Maintenance rituals are further acts of submission.
  • Deng Yu's arc concludes with her complete transformation into a devoted, fulfilled (in her new paradigm) possession of the MC, a living testament to his absolute power. After her psychological transformation is complete, Deng Yu exists as one of MC's prized possessions within his harem.
  • Optional Ending Routes:
  • Route 1: Embracing Disabled Life: MC chooses not to restore her limbs. Deng Yu finds a new identity in her brokenness, her helplessness becoming a constant reminder of her submission and MC's power. She takes a perverse pride in being his "fleshlight," her value defined by her accessibility and total dependency. Her sharp mind still used for advisory purposes, but her primary function is sexual servitude. This path emphasizes the stark consequences of war and the totality of her defeat.
  • Route 2: Prosthetic Restoration: MC provides her with advanced magical prosthetics. These are not tools of independence but symbols of his ownership – he "rebuilt" her. Each movement reminds her she is his creation. Maintenance by his mages deepens her dependency. She learns graceful, feminine movements, shedding her martial past, and take pride in displaying how he "improved" her. Her combat capabilities return but are now filtered through absolute loyalty, used only at his command for his purposes (e.g., display, personal guard).
  • She is fully indoctrinated, finding peace and purpose in her submission. Her Yan past feels like a distant, misguided dream. Her entire world revolves around MC, his desires, and her role in serving him. She may even develop new theological interpretations to justify her transformation and his supremacy.
  • She navigates her place within the harem. Depending on her physical state and MC's favor, she faces jealousy and form alliances. If she has prosthetics and retains some of her former acumen, she becomes a subtle power player within the harem, always deferring to MC but using her intellect to secure her position. If disabled, she is more isolated or dependent on MC's direct attention.
  • Bearing his children, fulfilling her old desire for family, the ultimate symbol of her assimilation and her contribution to his dynasty.
  • Deng Yu's finds fulfillment in her complete subjugation, her identity entirely redefined by MC's will.

2.6.1 The Harem

Emotionally, it means:

  • Forced Intimacy/Shared Trauma: Being in a harem creates a strange, unwanted intimacy. She sees others experiencing similar (or different) forms of MC's control. This could lead to complex feelings: resentment of their "easier" submission, pity for their suffering, a detached academic interest in their coping mechanisms, or even a dark satisfaction if a rival is punished.
  • Loss of Individuality: Her unique fall, her specific journey, becomes just one story among many in his collection. This can be profoundly diminishing.
  • Hierarchical Anxiety (revisited): Her place among them is a constant source of potential stress or (if she's favored) a source of twisted pride. "He unmade me, a Yan commander, for his pleasure. These others... they were easier."

2.7. Relationships [D]

We're giving her a significant number of supporting characters to make her more appealing. She's the object of large investment by a number of characters, putting their hopes, dreams, time and mentorship into her. This makes her a more valuable treasure to acquire.

Her social circle being substantial also makes it more of a challenge to get her, not her falling into your lap out of lonliness, she actually chooses you, you're just better and more appealing to spend time with.

  • The Vahanlen Cloisters invested resources in her - elite teachers, combat trainers, theological scholars, all pouring their expertise into creating the perfect Yan commander
    • Fellow students who helped her through brutal training exercises, forming bonds of mutual trust through shared suffering
    • Mentors who saw her potential and advocated for her rapid promotion despite the jealous rumors
    • The Yan Order itself, which gave her purpose and identity from childhood
    • All those servants and instructors who genuinely believed they were raising someone who would protect the world
    • These people didn't just invest resources, they invested hope. They believed Deng Yu would be their champion, their protector against demons and chaos. Instead, the MC turns all that carefully cultivated excellence into a personal toy.
    • The hotness comes from the totality of the theft - the MC isn't just taking a woman, he's taking an entire community's investment and hope, converting it all into his personal pleasure. All those people who showed kindness, who believed in these women's potential to do good in the world, unknowingly prepared them to be perfect conquests.

Slaves

  • She has 4 slaves in total, only 2 are briefly mentioned.
  • She previously was sexually served by 2 commoner slaves.
    • A dignified older woman (10 years older than her), and a handsome male about 2 years older than her.
    • They are only mentioned in regards to her stopping having sex with them.
    • Not a big part of the story.
Moonwind Muse PR50 Qingew
  • From the Moonwind Trading House (one of the largest slave companies) and of their Muse brand.
  • Female about 10 years older than her.
Forester Outrider L3 Pepper
  • From Forester (one of the largest slave companies) and of their Outrider brand.
  • Male about 10 years older than her.

Moglukai

  • a professional rivalry, deep-seated jealousy, and a paternal/mentorship pride. He supported her, he felt entitled to her, he wanted her.
  • After his injury in the final battle of Act 1 he admits to her that he just wanted her, as replacement to being her. But he admires her and wants to support her.
  • In the epilogue we might see him along with some of the other defeated characters again to see how the victory tastes. But importantly we don't get a lot of his perspective to avoid the NTR feeling.

Vanguard Lieutenants

Mingze Ronte
  • Male.
  • Headstrong but competent.
Wekai Welin
Xaron Hega
  • Female
  • Closest friend and the one that got tortured.
  • Justified her death to himself as a sign of romance. He's capable of such cruelty, yet he treats her so well. In a way that's so romantic, look at how he treats his other enemies, she is special.

Chimao Se

Female mentor who trusted her and allowed her to

Guangrui Hapza

Male mentor who pushed for her rapid promotion.

Janfeng Sam

A trusted male friend from the same cohort in the cloisters. Now a member of the Office of Doctrinal Compliance. Helped with the Fukazor investigation.

Lixin Qiao

  • Female friend from the same cohort, also friend with Janfeng Sam
  • Unknown princess working in one of Chimao's "controlled profit corporations" - officially running spiritual wellness centers that are actually lucrative real estate plays
  • Reports up through layers of bureaucracy under Chimao Se's vast organization
  • Constantly dealing with the tension between "public benefit" mandate and actual financial pressures
  • Compensates for professional frustration with personal drama
  • Currently seeing: her direct superior (married, promises he'll leave his wife), a merchant who supplies her office (actually sweet), and an ex from Cloisters days (templar, incredible chemistry, terrible idea)
  • Thinks there should be tiered marriages where higher tiers means divorce is more difficult, ironic as she's trying to break up a marriage right now
  • Genuinely torn because each represents something different - security, partnership, or passion
Their actual friendship
  • Deng Yu respects her competence even while watching her personal life implode

  • When Deng Yu starts getting dreamy about her SCN guy, Lixin clocks it immediately

  • "That's not theoretical attraction, that's 'I've already imagined his face between my thighs' attraction"

  • Lixin's take: "At least my disasters are with men I can touch"

  • Notices Deng Yu's changing sexuality: "You're talking about throat training with suspicious specificity"

  • Her messy choices make Deng Yu feel normal about falling for MC

  • "My boss does this thing with ice cubes..." leading to Deng Yu sharing more than intended

  • "He bent me over his desk and explained real estate pricing while fucking me"

  • "The most powerful men always want to feel like they're overwhelming you with pleasure. It's about ego, not technique."

  • "You're already doing it instinctively with your SCN man," Lixin insists. "That's why you can only cum from facefucking - you're channeling his masculine essence directly into your spiritual core."

  • As with all Yan and friends of DY, is a big supporter of her in fighting and defeating the Necromancer.

  • Experienced the shared pain of losing Xaron Hega and hating the Necromancer.

  • Shared Vocabulary - They have shorthand from Cloisters

    • "Full Cloister Mode" = pushing through when depleted
    • "Instructor Paal special" = impossible situation pretending to be a teaching moment
  • Protective Without Intrusion - Lixin notices things but doesn't push

    • Sees DY's new sexual confidence but just makes jokes
    • Recognizes when DY deflects, allows it
  • Gossip as Love Language - They bond through sharing others' drama

    • Who's fucking who
    • Who doesn't deserve promotions
    • News and current events (including necromancer)
Their friendship in emotional beats

When Lixin's ranting about her married superior again, Deng Yu feels that familiar mix of protectiveness and frustration. She knows Lixin's pattern - the initial thrill, the slow realization he won't leave his wife, the messy extraction. But she listens anyway because Lixin listened to her panic about the Fukazor investigation for months.

"He said he needs me," Lixin says, and Deng Yu recognizes that specific hope in her voice. The same tone from their third year at the Cloisters when Lixin thought Instructor Paal noticed her specially.

Deng Yu's chest tightens. She wants to shake Lixin, tell her she's worth more. Instead: "What do you need?" Because that's what Lixin asked her years ago when everyone was spreading those whore rumors.

When Deng Yu mentions her SCN person, Lixin's eyes sharpen with genuine delight. Not gossip-hungry, but real joy that Deng Yu finally has something private, something chosen. Lixin knows what it costs Deng Yu to want something just for herself.

They know each other's panic responses. Lixin gets manic-productive when scared, launching seventeen new theories. Deng Yu goes silent and tactical. They've learned to read these modes, respond appropriately.

The friendship is knowing Lixin cries angry tears (not sad ones), that Deng Yu's real laugh is uglier than her public one, that they've seen each other fail and pretend it didn't matter. It's Lixin saying "You don't have to be perfect with me" and meaning it.

Progression
  • their friendship should grow over the course of the story (NOT get distant) to make the theft more valuable.
Scene 1 - Act 1

Purpose: Establishes their dynamic, shows DY has someone who knows her tells, natural world-building about controlled profit benefit corporations

  • Lixin notices immediately: "You're radiating divine energy. Or getting properly fucked. Same thing, according to the Will of Solfrey."
  • DY keeps checking messages, disappointment when not from him
  • Lixin: "That face. I know that face. Who is he?"
  • DY deflects to Lixin's chaos - boss swearing he'll leave wife, "after the next Binding Feast", it's always after something.
  • Lixin complains about work
    • It's difficult to balance being a controlled profit public benefit corporation and trying to increase profit
    • Her boss is a genius at that
    • She's part of a corporation that runs wellness centers across Washan and their products each have 5% profit margin.
    • But the real money is in real estate and "liability investments"
      • They collect expensive waranties in advance, and then invest them as liabilities
      • Meanwhile warrantees are paid out at 0% profit
  • Lixin laments about his feet dragging, says the merchant is much kinder, and her templar ex still has that good dick.
  • Gossip about Cloisters cohort:
    • She just saw Janfeng Sam last week, "Still uptight but his new authority suits him"
    • Cohort mate who tried marrying noble, "Shocker, her noble fiance is having second thoughts about donating all their earthly possessions to the Yan"
  • DY admits she's seeing someone, won't name him
  • Lixin shares her merchant's latest gift: "Sacred massage oils. He thinks I need help achieving 'spiritual release.' I don't, but they smell divine."
  • DY describes new experiences obliquely: "It's like discovering you've been praying wrong your whole life"
  • Lixin keeps pushing for identity, DY deflects
  • Finally: "He's married, isn't he? That's why the secrecy."
  • DY's silence confirms
  • Lixin: "At least you'll never deal with the marriage dispensation paperwork. Silver linings!"
  • Her tiered marriage theory: "There should be levels. Level 4 is a tribunal of 12 judges and recorded evidence of criminal activity. Level five requires divine intervention to divorce."
  • End laughing, planning next meeting
Scene 2 - Act 1
  • Lixin: "He bent me over his desk and calculated rental yields while... you know. I swear I finally understand triple net leases"
  • Talk turns to the Necromancer threat - both passionate about supporting the hunt
  • Janfeng got more serious about combat training, probably due to the necromancer threat. DY recalls when she worked with him on the Fukazor investigation he had real imposter syndrome about his fighting skills.
  • Lixin: "You're channeling his masculine essence directly into your spiritual core"
  • DY unconsciously touches her throat while laughing
  • Lixin: "You're doing that thing with your neck again"
  • Lixin teasing: "You're talking about breathing techniques with suspicious specificity"
  • Her ex sending sacred poetry: "He rhymed 'eternal purpose' with 'cervix'"
Scene 3 - Act 2
  • Lixin worried: "Janfeng says you're pushing too hard"
  • DY exhausted but determined: "The Necromancer must fall"
  • They reminisce about their Cloister trio - how Sam mediated their chaos "Remember when he used to mediate our fights over shower schedules?"
  • "Now he could have us executed for heresy," Lixin adds cheerfully
  • DY admits she hasn't seen her lover in weeks
  • Lixin: "The Lament promises glory requires sacrifice. Didn't mention celibacy specifically."
  • Lixin's update - added fourth lover:
    • Young priest who "explains doctrine so beautifully I could cry"
    • Superior's wife hired doctrinal investigator
    • "The Will says we should have three witnesses to our lives. I have four, so I'm extra blessed" DY constantly checking messages
Scene 4 - Epilogue

Purpose: Show the painful emotional impact of DY's conversion on her friends and community.

  • It's Lixin's loss. She would hate and fear the necro as the greatest evil ever and blames the man for the theft.

  • DY should try to maintain the friendship, and Lixin would try to meet her half way, but ends up being too disconcerted by the way that DY is normalizing her actions. Lixin has enough self preservation to try to play it cool instead of trying to fight it, however it ends up being too much for her and she is visibly uncomfortable and leaks her resistance.

  • She's trying to subtly grab onto any sign that DY herself is pretending to have submitted but is secretly still resisting. She is leaving out bait for DY to grab onto, but it never happens.

  • She leaves in despair and overwhelming sadness.

  • Lixin learns DY is the necromancer's concubine

  • Proceeds to describe harem dynamics like it's normal:

    • "His Majesty's first consort is lovely but insecure"
    • "The new tribute from Hepin thinks beauty equals favor"
    • "I'm trying to maintain harmony while pregnant"
  • Discusses the Emperor like any boyfriend

  • Lixin frozen - this is the Necromancer, destroyer of the Yan, killer of Xaron

  • When mentioned directly: "The past's violence served its purpose. He freed us from false doctrine."

  • Cries later, alone, for Xaron and DY both - deaths that leave behind living bodies

3. Identity

She was raised from childhood in the Vahanlen Cloisters, completely indoctrinated. Her entire identity is built around being an elite Yan commander.

  • She wants a family/children (established in Act 1)
    • This is a pedestrian work/life balance issue, there is no celibacy requirement for Yan officials.
  • Chafes at the lack of an individual identity (as opposed to being a Yan elite, a situation which she has never chosen, but was chosen for her)

Though she pursued her career, she also "wanted it all", and it was tough for her to do so.

3.1. Daughter and Sister of a System [A]

She grew up in the Vanhalen Cloisters as an elite.

Solfrey taken at birth from noble families that are anonymized and brought up in service of the Yan. This is seen as a sacred duty by the nobles and important to the governance of the Yan, as all CoD members ultimately come from the Cloisters.

They are deliberately indoctrinated in a globalist view, believing themselves to be the rulers of the world, above any King and to love no other than the Yan. They are taught the most advanced magecraft, honed to be scholars, rulers, and enforcers.

The Cloisters teach sophisticated ideology: they are rulers, yes, but rulers who serve the Will of the Solfrey rather than personal ambition. The distinction gets hammered home through comparisons - evil kings who caused destruction through greed versus Yan servants who sacrificed for the greater good. They learn they're exceptional, morally superior to most solfrey and infinitely above commoners, but this superiority comes with obligation. Noblesse oblige taken to theological extreme.

The environment had plenty of competition, challenge, and support. It taught resilience, mental fortitude, how to make the best of bad situations without crashing out, how to pick oneself up from failure.

There were difficult games with high expectations and frequent failures that was studied and reflected on, failures are learning experiences. Complex war games where teamwork, leadership, and sacrifice was neccessary.

She dealt with situations of unfair and changing rules, situations where other people were allowed to cheat, learned recovery when forced to salvage disasters and achieve secondary objectives after primary ones became impossible.

Exercises where teams navigate obstacle courses blindfolded, relying entirely on verbal guidance from partners. Combat exercises where students must expose their backs to teammates while engaging enemies, learning viscerally that survival depends on absolute mutual trust. These bonds, forged through shared suffering and triumph, create networks lasting lifetimes.

Nothing was left to chance or personality, and every person was given an opportunity to be in a leadership position. She also learned the system, how to play the game, "manage up" as well as lead down.

By graduation, students possess confidence built on genuine capability. They've been tested beyond what most people experience in lifetimes. They know their limits precisely because they've exceeded them repeatedly. They trust their cohort because that trust has been proven under extreme conditions. They serve the system because they've internalized its values completely - through lived experience demonstrating those values' superiority.

Growing up in the cloisters, though she was waited on hand and foot by an army of servants, there wasn't your and Yaling's childhood of unconditional love, support, and focused adoration from family. Instead there was expectation, competition, comparison. Since she lacked a real father growing up, she is suscpetible to

As she grows she dreams of having a "normal" family that was denied her. A nuclear family, with a romantic love and a man who loved her unconditionally, kids of her own to whom she could give the childhood that she was denied, not a cog in the system. An escape from the competition with the girls. She deeply romanticized this vision, a dream of a future that was beautiful, like in the novels, that other people have.

Even as a child she was beautiful, and this got her jealousy and attention. She learned to navigate these challenges early, understand the dynamics of envy and rise above them.

How MC's Fulfillment is a Perversion:

  • The Harem as a Twisted Cloister: She dreamed of escaping the competitive, impersonal nature of the Cloister sisters, only to find herself in a harem – another collective of women vying for the attention of a single, dominant figure. The "sisters" are now rivals, the "family" a hierarchy of sexual service.
  • Loss of Partnership: She gets children, yes, but there's no partnership. She's a vessel, a contributor to his lineage. Her spiritual calling is either ignored or, worse, MC might patronizingly tell her that motherhood for his empire IS her new spiritual calling.
  • No Real Choice: The "family" she gets is entirely on his terms, dictated by his needs and desires. Her original dream of agency, of shaping her own life within the Yan, is obliterated. She's given a facsimile of her desire, hollowed out of all its original meaning and beauty.
  • The Fetish Becomes Reality, and It's a Nightmare: Her idealized "normal family" dream, when "granted" by MC, becomes a grotesque parody. The warmth she craved is replaced by the cold calculus of dynastic breeding and harem politics.

3.2. Beautiful Whore [B]

As a very pretty girl, and quite young for her office too. As such, she's persistently dogged by rumors from jealous rivals that she slept her way up. This is known to the MC from the start, and is a major psychological aspect to her.

The rumors were never true. Her power depended on her talents and achievements, not on sexual availability to superiors. But ironically that's become true after being defeated by MC and entering his harem.

Her beauty became part of her identity, something she cherished and gave her individuality. Though it caused her problems, she never resented it, and held it as a source of pride and vanity despite the issues it caused.

She refused to let the haters win, and perferred to mock and insult them, and sometimes cry into her pillow in frustration than to change her behavior.

That's some devastatingly irony that adds to her sense of defeat and deep submission. She finally admits that the battle she fought to be recognized for anything other than her sexuality is thoroughly lost. It was what she didn't want more than anything, but is now reality, her status in life entirely depends on how sexually pleasing she is to her superior.

During degrading acts, faces of her old accusers flash through her mind. She can hear their sneering voices: "We always knew what you really were." The vindication they'd feel if they could see her now - naked, crawling, begging for the necromancer's touch. But it's not bitter anymore. The destruction of her carefully maintained dignity feels like liberation. All those years fighting to prove she wasn't a whore, and now that she is one, the relief is overwhelming. There was nothing to resent anymore, they were right, embrace it as the pinnacle of achievement, a feminine power, rather than a method she must desperately reject.

The psychological weight of finally becoming what they always said she was creates a perverse freedom. She doesn't have to prove anything anymore. Her worth now genuinely does derive from her sexuality, her ability to please, her willingness to debase herself. The clarity is almost peaceful - they were wrong then, but their lies have become truth, and there's something satisfying about the completeness of her transformation. She finds herself thinking, during particularly intense moments of submission, "You were all wrong about why, but right about what I'd become."

When MC uses her in ways that would have horrified her former self, she sometimes imagines specific rivals watching. That senior commander who implied she must have earned her commendations on her knees - what would he think seeing her actually on her knees now, desperately servicing the man who destroyed everything she fought for? The female colleague who spread the most vicious rumors out of jealousy - would she feel vindicated or horrified to see those rumors made flesh? The transformation of slander into reality gives her degradation additional layers of meaning. The rumors prepared her for this in a way. Years of being treated as a sexual object despite her achievements made the transition to actually being one feel almost inevitable. All that fighting, all that exhausting effort to maintain dignity and prove her worth through merit - where did it lead? To exactly where everyone said she'd end up: owned by a powerful man, valued only for her body, everything she achieved meaningless except as context for her fall. The beautiful whore they always said she was, finally revealed.

Act 1 & 2:

  • Constant Irritant: The rumor, though false, dogs her. It's a source of frustration and anger because it devalues her genuine accomplishments and intellect. She has to constantly fight to be seen for her merits, not as someone who bartered her body for advancement.
  • Fuel for Her Rigor: The rumor even fuels her dedication to Yan ideals and her pursuit of excellence. She works twice as hard to prove the gossips wrong, to be unimpeachably competent. Her strict adherence to Yan discipline a defense against these smears.
  • Internalized Shame/Anger: Even though she knows it's untrue, the rumor might create a small, buried seed of shame or a festering anger at the injustice of being judged by such a crude metric.

Act 3:

  • The Rumor Made Real: As MC conditions her sexually, as her advancement within his new order becomes explicitly tied to her sexual service and submission, the old, false rumor becomes her new, undeniable truth. This realization would be a source of profound psychological torment.
    • Flashbacks: She might have moments during degrading sexual acts with MC where the faces of her old Yan accusers flash in her mind, their sneering voices echoing, "See? We were right all along."
    • Self-Loathing: She might despise herself not just for her submission, but for validating the very lie that once infuriated her. The insult she fought so hard against has become her defining characteristic in this new reality.

Progression:

Act 1 Beautiful Whore Manifestations:

  • Anger and defiance about the rumors
  • Overcompensation - working twice as hard to prove them wrong
  • Brief flashes of anxiety during intimate moments ("What if someone saw me like this?")
  • Defensive pride - "I'll show them I'm more than that"
  • Fear of confirming stereotypes - might make her initially resistant to certain acts

Act 1 Examples: During first sex, internal thought: "I need to show him I'm skilled, not just another pretty face" (overcompensating) When practicing kneeling: "Thank god those gossips can't see me now" (anxiety, but still seeing it as contradiction to rumors) After he becomes king: "I was kneeling for him before he became king." (still firmly rejecting the rumors)

The progression should be:

  • Act 1: Fighting against rumors, occasional anxiety about confirming them
  • Act 2: Cracks forming ("Am I becoming what they said?")
  • Act 3: Complete reversal ("They were right all along")

Act 3 details:

  • MC might make comments like, "They always said you were good in bed, Deng Yu. Turns out, they underestimated your true talents," or "All that Yan discipline... wasted. Your real calling was always on your knees."

  • Loss of Her "Moral High Ground"

  • Part of her Yan identity was built on being "better" than the slander. When she succumbs to MC sexually and finds her position dependent on it, she loses that internal defense. She has become what they falsely accused her of being, but in a far more total and debased way.

  • Her body, once a symbol of her Yan discipline and martial prowess (which she used to disprove the rumors), now becomes the primary instrument of her new, sexually defined servitude.

  • Every act of submission, every orgasm achieved through degradation, could be tinged with the bitter memory of those old accusations. The pleasure itself might be laced with a profound, inescapable shame tied to this specific irony.

  • When MC uses her mouth, her throat, her body in ways that are purely about his power and her objectification, it’s a visceral confirmation of the rumor’s ultimate, horrifying triumph over her original identity.

  • Confrontation (Internal or with MC): She tries to voice this to MC in a moment of despair or defiance: "Is this what you wanted? To prove them right? To make me the slut they always said I was?" His response is telling.

  • When her new identity is remade, it's not just as a servant to the necromancer or a concubine. Related to this storyline, her new identity is also that of a slut, who went from carving out her own destiny with her own abilities and talents to a whore who lives and is mastered by a superior, who values her for her sexual availablity.

    • She reacts to this with devastation, where the insults about her became true.
    • But then she comes to accept and cope with her new reality by sexualizing the trauma. We can focus the perspective on either praising the dom or exploring the gift of submission by the sub. Praising the dom will appeal more to men as the power fantasy, while exploring her agency will appeal more to women as the submissive's internal journey. Let's try to do both.
    • Ultimately this realization that she's become the whore people accused her of deepens her submission, because you did that. You beat her and caused her to fall. It was so important to her that she prove everyone wrong, it was a battle she fought for so long... but you went and just forced her to accept it. It's because it was you, you are so powerful and awesome. Your machinations (her perspective, untrue) from the beginning, breaking her down, making her into your tool, it was all perfectly executed to rebuild her new identity that discarded everything she held dear, even this important part of her identity, wow. This makes her more in love with you.
      • "To be so utterly unmade and remade by him is a perverse kind of honor. I am a monument to his capacity to reshape reality itself."
    • The other perspective is that inside her, or perhaps even every woman, is a whore. That was what she was, and under a powerful man, it manifested. She wasted her whole life rejecting it, but it truely is the real meaning to a woman's life, this is what it means to live. Giving her body to a man, this service, is what her destiny was, and it was her struggle against it all this time that was pointless, just running away from who she really is. Now she's sexualizing it, instead of your dominance, but her new identity as a whore. She's degraded, and that in itself is what's hot. And now she's willingly it doing it for him, that's what she wants now.
      • To clarify this degradation isn't social, as in what's embarassing is not really other people's opinion of her, as she's literally lost in battle and taken as a concubine, she understands that people don't really *blame her for that. The degradation is to her own agency and will and ability to effect her vision on the world, now she's only a tool for his vision. For her as a person with ambition this is a big fall.
      • This resonates more with D/s narratives where the submissive's journey, their internal experience of surrender, and their "gifting" of submission are central. It's about her internal landscape of desire, even if that landscape has been catastrophically reshaped by him.
      • Her patheticness, her awareness of her lesser status, can be incredibly erotic and relatable for readers who connect with submissive desire. It feels more "earned" from her perspective, a deeper psychological state rather than just an intellectual awe.
      • MC's power is still immense, but it's filtered through her subjective experience of desire and surrender.
      • Her devotion feels intensely personal and rooted in her own (albeit reshaped) desires, rather than an abstract acknowledgment of his "godhood."
    • The execution of these 2 rationalizations, and the process of showing it is complex and needs to be handled carefully.
    • We shouldn't let one or the other take away from each other, they're in contradiction, for example, if she is always a slut then the conquest is less meaningful right?
      • The answer is that it's not true, it's just her rationalization, and this has to be clearly conveyed that it's just her cope. His influence reached so deep that she now believes she's doing it willingly as her real self.
    • Both sides should be interwined, in constant dialogue without a clear progression from one to the next, basically should go back and forth.
    • It's both, and the tension between them is her reality. It's not about finding the "one true" perspective, but showing her navigating the psychological landscape MC has created for her. Her "truth" becomes what MC defines, and what she can psychologically integrate to survive and find meaning. Sometimes that meaning will come from "I am fulfilling my true slutty nature" (A), and sometimes from "He is a god, and I am privileged to be reshaped by his divine will" (B). The fact that these might be contradictory is part of the psychological damage and the complexity of her new, imposed identity.
    • Focus on the Mundane Horror: The horror isn't just in grand pronouncements of her changed identity, but in the small, everyday moments where she confronts it.
    • Example: She's performing a routine task (perhaps even something from her old Yan life, like reviewing a document for MC), and suddenly catches her reflection, or a whiff of a particular scent from a sexual encounter, and the full weight of "I am his whore" hits her. She has to push it down, compartmentalize, and continue.
    • The Language of the Body: Her body's reactions (involuntary arousal, shame-flushes, the way she now carries herself differently even when not actively serving him) betray her internal state, even when her words try to project control or acceptance.
    • She might almost say something that reveals her internal conflict, then bite it back. Or she might express one side of the contradiction (e.g., "I am nothing without him") and then, in her internal monologue, a flicker of her old self rebels or mourns.
    • The Gaze of Others: How does she imagine Yaling, or her former Yan colleagues, or even common servants now see her? Does she project her own shame and self-perception onto them? Or does she defiantly embrace her new role in their imagined gaze? This social dimension is crucial.
    • The Seduction of Articulating Her Own Debasement: There can be a perverse power in being able to name and articulate one's own fall. She might find a dark satisfaction in crafting the narrative of her transformation for MC, making her "testimony" another form of offering.
  • The MC helps her with her realizations, but only mildly. Most of the work is done by herself.

3.3. Pragmatic Reformer [B]

  • Makes her a more admirable character for her to have ideals and "vision of a better world".

    • It's a grand vision at the end, but her methods are pragmatic and through diplomatic reform, not revolution.
    • She's not just a loser going along with the Yan, she has agency, thoughts and desires. Such a person is more worth conquering than just another cog in the machine as some of her team members might be.
  • Her vision is one of world peace.

    • This is revealed slowly in multiple conversations and reflections.
      • First talk about how rulers fail to think of themselves as servants and protectors of the people. That their reign only served their egos.
        • You reflect that you had this issue (the Roulan Suan incident) but no longer.
      • In conversations about war talk about how there has to be justified moral authority for war, and a better way of conflict resolution.
      • Talk about righteous war, and how sometimes there should be war due to evil being conducted, but there isn't.
      • Her growing influence over the Yan lets her recruit from secular armies, who agreed to support her. Due to their trust in her, she develops supporters who would agree with her goal of a world overseer.
      • Several small countries kings say they would love it if there was a parental figure above the world.
    • Similar in goals to the EU (but not the implementation).
    • Most similar to Zhao Tingyang's Tianxia.
    • The Yan would be empowered to be a hegemonic world police.
    • The Yan would deliever justice, world governance.
    • The issue is that petty kings and sovernigns worked selfishly, for their own ambitions. They wanted to be worshipped, to extract wealth for their families. The Yan are morally superior, they were servants of righteousness, of the will/rights of the solfrey. Their defense of core tenents make them better people.
    • "When I look at the kingdoms, I don't see rivals for power. I see... orphans. Squabbling in the dark because they lack a guiding hand. They fight over scraps because they've never known the security of a true household. The Yan... we can be that household. We can provide the order, the purpose... the peace they crave but don't know how to build."
    • "Those children, They act out of fear, the world lacks structure and order, and in that insecurity and hurt, they hurt others. Given trust and peace and knowledge that justice will prevail, all nations will behave much more maturely."
      • The Tragic Irony: This reframing makes her fall infinitely more tragic. The MC offers her an alternative "perfect family": the harem. It's a twisted, dark reflection of the belonging she sought. She gives up her grand, noble dream of parenting the world to become one of many "children" competing for the attention of a single, all-powerful patriarch. Her submission to him becomes the ultimate abandonment of her own vision, replaced by total absorption into his.
  • When she's conquered, her ideals lies in tatters. Having her dreams be destroyed makes her story more dramatic. It's important that we see her beautiful and heartfelt vision first, see that it was in progress, it would've been positive, and that it could've been successful.

But the tragedy is:

  • Her beautiful dream requires strength to implement

  • MC has that strength, but uses it for domination

  • She discovers that being conquered by strength feels better than pursuing ideals

  • The visceral thrill of submission overwhelms abstract principles

  • When discussing the idea with you, the concept would be soft launched over multiple conversations.

3.4. Theology

She's fueled by passion for the Yan, her belief in the Yan is not fueled by faith. The cloisters children were taught to think critically and examine facts from all situations. Many of them do not believe in the separate race thing.

However, Deng Yu, like most Solfrey elite buy into the whole neccessity of preserving the social order because the dangers of demon worship.

As a Yan elite, Deng Yu understands that the simplistic myths fed to the commoners are a tool for social control. She operates with a more sophisticated understanding: that the Solfrey/Commoner divide is a carefully maintained political structure—a "necessary lie"—to prevent the world from descending back into the chaos of the Demon Wars. Her life is a service to maintaining this fragile order.

Her ambition to join the Council of Descendants is therefore not just about power, but a spiritual and intellectual hunger to access the final, unvarnished truth. She needs to know if the foundational principles she has dedicated her life to enforcing are sound, or if there are deeper, more unsettling realities hidden even from her.

This needs to be slowly revealed in multiple conversations.

Her theological wants are overwhelmed by physical reality:

  • All her training about resisting temptation never prepared her for someone stronger than the system itself
  • Her body responds to his dominance in ways that make theology feel like empty words
  • The mental fortitude from the Cloisters crumbles under raw sexual conquest

The Real Fall:

  • She still believes the Yan vision is correct
  • But believing and caring are different things
  • When he's inside her, when she's crawling for him, theology seems so distant
  • The immediate reality of serving strength overwrites abstract ideals

Her Late-Stage Psychology:

  • Sometimes remembers her old dreams like a fever dream
  • Knows she could still articulate why the Yan way is right
  • But why would she want to when submission feels like this?
  • The tragedy: she traded saving the world for being owned by someone who could destroy it

Like Ferrante's women who know they're choosing badly but can't stop - Deng Yu knows her ideals were better, but the intoxication of being thoroughly conquered by raw power makes those ideals feel like childish fantasies compared to the immediate reality of being his.

The erotic appeal: she was strong enough to reshape the world, and he made her want nothing more than to kneel.

3.5. Leader & Brat

In her Yan life she was trained to be a leader, and turned out to be good at it. She was responsible for many people, and took upon herself, physically and psychologically, tasks, successes, and failures.

She was also learned to play the system, manage up, and handle people. Though you overpower her, she can't help but constantly test you, both to see if you're really strong enough to handle her, but also just out of habit. It's her MO, to figure out the parameters of the situation, of her game. She is probing the limits of your authority, not to break it, but to understand its strength and feel secure within it. It's the same strategic impulse, applied to a personal relationship.

  • Her submission to you is very game-like and exploratory (from her perspective). Contrast with Weilan which is very service oriented (what she can do for you), or Cinean which is more secretive and oppressive (guilt driven), or Dou Rong's which is more about survival and stockholm. They all have different flavors.

  • When the MC first asserts dominance, she instinctively tries to understand it as a system. "What are the rules? What are the metrics for success?" It's not autistic systemizing, it's subconcious.

  • She learns that this "system" is not logical but emotional. His reactions are not based on her perfect execution of a command, but on his mood, his attraction, his desire to play. He might punish a perfectly executed command because he finds her perfection annoying, and reward a clumsy, emotional attempt because vulnerability is arousing.

    • This is terrifying, but it is also intoxicating.
  • The "brat" emerges not because she feels safe from consequence, but because she is fascinated by this new, personal dynamic. She is, in essence, running experiments.

    • "If I sigh dramatically before obeying, will he find it amusing? Will he punish me? What kind of punishment will it be? Will it make him touch me more?"
  • Her brattiness is her applying her analytical mind to a new, emotional field of study: him.

    • She is not testing the rules of the house; she is testing the boundaries of his patience and his desire.
    • She isn't seeking "safety"; she is seeking his focused, personal attention. In the Cloisters, attention was diffuse, from the institution. Here, it is a singular, intense gaze she is learning to solicit and manipulate.
    • The "funishment" is addicting not because it's a gentle punishment, but because it is an intimate, emotional reaction directed solely at her. It's proof that she matters to him as an individual, not just as a cog in the machine.

Brattiness is a subconscious offloading of the weight she carries everywhere else. It's a way of testing him: "Are you strong enough to handle my defiance, to manage my moods, to take this burden from me?" When he successfully "puts her in her place," it's a relief, confirming he is capable of being the dominant force she secretly craves, in both her sex life and in her professional life.

It just makes sense that she wouldn't be a perfectly compliant sub right out of the gate. Deng Yu is a commander who is losing control. The brat is the ultimate expression of this conflict. Brattiness is her new, warped form of asserting herself. It’s the last vestige of her will fighting back, not by denying his power, but by constantly demanding he prove it. The competitive environment of the Cloisters taught her to test systems to find their limits; she is now applying that life-long training to the new "system" of their D/s relationship.

  • The "If You Even Care" Phrase: her signature verbal tic.
    • On the surface: It's a passive-aggressive jab, a challenge to his affection.
    • Subtextually: It's a plea for reassurance. She's not questioning if he cares; she's demanding that he prove it, right now.
    • As a trigger: It's a clear signal that she is initiating their power-play dynamic and wants him to respond with dominance and reassurance. "You should just tell me what to do. I'm clearly incapable of making good decisions today... not that it matters to you, if you even care."
    • Wrong answer is to reassure her, "Of course I care". The only right move is to overpower her again, as that's what she's really asking for.

3.6. Psychological Layers

3.6.1. The Surface Professional Armor

This is not her true personality; it's a defense mechanism. She adopted this cold, professional, and untouchable persona as a necessary shield against the "beautiful whore" rumors and the political maneuvering within the Yan. It's how she forces people to take her intellect and command seriously.

This is the initial challenge for the MC. In your first few scenes, he's not meeting the real Deng Yu; he's meeting her carefully constructed public relations armor. It's designed to be off-putting and formal. This makes the moment he cracks it and the real her (the Brat) starts to emerge all the more rewarding and surprising.

This phase is very short. It's the first couple interaction. The drama comes from watching the MC's charisma and directness bypass this armor, creating visible cracks in her composure. The reader sees her struggling to maintain the mask in his presence, which is engaging.

3.6.2. The Interactive Layer: The "Brat" (Relational Dynamic)

This is her authentic, intimate relational style when she feels a spark of safety and attraction with a dominant figure. It's how she tests the strength of a relationship and offloads the burden of her command identity.

This is the primary dynamic of their relationship through Act 1 and 2. It drives the plot through a series of playful-to-serious power struggles. Every bratty act is an invitation for the MC to prove his dominance, and every successful "punishment" deepens their bond and her submission.

3.6.3. The Subconscious Foundation: The "Hierarchy Reflector" (Comfort in Order)

This is the unconscious "why" behind her enjoyment of the brat/dom dynamic. It's not a conscious desire to play a role, but an ingrained comfort with clear structure. Her entire life in the Cloisters was defined by a benevolent but absolute hierarchy. It's her psychological "home."

This is the subtext. She never says, "I need hierarchy." But when the MC establishes a strong, consistent dominant frame, the reader understands that it resonates with a deep-seated part of her that finds chaos stressful and clear authority calming. When she submits, it feels like a return to order, a sense of "rightness." This prevents her submission from seeming like a random kink and instead roots it in her life experience.

3.6.4. The Emotional Core: The "Institutional Void" ("Daddy Issues")

This is her core vulnerability. The Cloisters gave her purpose, training, and hierarchy, but it did not provide unconditional, personal, focused love. The system cared for her as a valuable asset; it did not cherish her as an individual.

This is the deep emotional hunger that the MC's attention satisfies. The brat dynamic is, at its core, a desperate and repeated cry for personal attention. "Forget the war, forget the Yan, forget your wife—focus on me, right now. Deal with my mood. Handle me." When he does—when he stops everything to put her in her place, to dominate her, to pleasure her—he is giving her the intense, individualized focus she has craved her entire life. This is why the dynamic is so addictive for her and why her loyalty shifts so completely from the impersonal system (Yan) to the personal man (MC).

Chronological Progression

  • Stage 1: The First Encounter (Cracking the Ice). The MC meets the "Ice Queen" mask. He is unfazed. His charm, wit, and refusal to be intimidated by her rank bypass her defenses. She finds herself flustered, her professional composure failing for the first time. She might leave the first meeting annoyed at herself for losing control.
  • Stage 2: The Thaw (The First Bratty Sparks). In their next few interactions, surprised by her own attraction, she tries to regain control by being difficult. She makes a sarcastic comment or a playfully defiant statement. This is the first emergence of the Brat. When the MC, instead of being offended, meets this with amused dominance (e.g., "Is that so? You'll do it anyway."), she feels a surprising thrill. The game has begun.
  • Stage 3: The Brat in Full Swing (The Established Dynamic). The brat/dom dynamic becomes their primary mode of interaction. Her "if you even care" becomes a familiar ritual. She tests him, he dominates her, and the cycle reinforces their bond. This is where the bulk of their sexual and emotional development in Act 1 happens. The reader understands that this game is deeply satisfying for her because it provides the order she's comfortable with (Hierarchy Reflector) and the personal attention she craves (Institutional Void).
  • Stage 4: The Inevitable Submission. The game of being a brat is fun, but its ultimate goal is to be conquered. Her submission feels earned because it's the result of a long series of tests that the MC has consistently passed. It's not a weakness; it's the logical conclusion of finding a power structure she finally feels safe and cherished within.

Old Notes

MC's Act 1 relationship with her where she opened up to you was instrumental in getting her to open up and be vulnerable. Showed her the joy in being feminine. It briefly let her taste what she yearned for.

After her devastating defeat, Deng Yu is left grievously injured, losing both her right arm and leg in battle. Initially, she refuses to believe the Necromancer is the MC, assuming it's some form of magical deception. When she finally accepts the truth, it shatters her entire worldview.

Her injury/defeat forces first real break from Yan identity. And MC's manipulations are there to pick up the pieces.

  • She's not just physically maimed but facing total collapse of self
  • The elite warrior identity she built her life around lies in ruins
  • Defeat by the man she trusted/loved is psychologically shattering
  • Can't reconcile her tactical genius being so thoroughly outplayed
  • The person who supported her rise is the one who broke her
  • The genuine connection they shared makes the revelation more devastating, not less

Psychological Struggle:

  • Can't deny his superior strength/intelligence, it was defeat and surrender to greater power
  • Humiliated that she gave him everything in bed even as he murdered her men
  • If he was with her all this time, she never had a chance, was he just toying with her, he could've done anything to her whenever he wanted...
  • Yet he wanted to beat her on the battlefield, why, it was so unfair, why didn't he just talk to her, hold her down during sex and forced her to love him, why wait until he killed everyone, tore off her limbs
  • Her body responds to him as it always has, like it's the most natural thing in the world
  • Each intimate moment forces her to confront her collapse of her Yan identity and the failure of that version of herself
  • Yet he remains the only one who truly saw/understood her ambitions

Sex as Character Development:

  • Every thrust makes her lose more control
  • Body wracked with pleasure she can't suppress
  • Screaming, crying, drooling - completely undone

MC:

  • Raw dominance mixed with intimate understanding

  • He knows exactly how to break and rebuild her

  • Uses their shared history to deepen her submission

  • Forces her to admit what she really wants

  • Transforms from enemy to possession to partner

  • He saw her potential from the start and cultivated a real relationship

  • Every moment of emotional intimacy was genuine but also served his larger plan

  • His support during her conflicts with Moglukai was both real care and strategic positioning

  • Even letting her win their first major confrontation was part of his long game

It wasn't that planned, but to her it feels like it. So she thinks of you as kind of a genius mastermind. The eroticism comes from realizing just how long he's been thinking about possessing her, how many moves ahead he was planning while still having genuine feelings. As a tactician, she can't help but admire how he wove emotional manipulation and military strategy together so seamlessly.

This transforms her submission from just accepting defeat to appreciating the inevitability of it. He didn't just beat her - he orchestrated her entire path to this moment, including making her fall for him. That level of strategic dominance becomes intensely arousing to someone who understands military genius.

And all that effort too, it makes her feel like you spent a lot of time thinking about her, wanting her, pursuing her. It makes her feel very loved, originally in a scary way, but later it increasingly takes on a romantic tint.

MC changes the way she thought about her past self. She had to cope to rebuild her identity after the loss of her limbs. Conceivably, if she was rescued by the Yan, she would still stay proud as a Yan political leader rather than a military figure. But MC manipulates her into thinking that her past self was a mistake. Through cathartic submissions she learns a new perspective.

Her mind begins to change. Her past as a warrior for the Yan starts to feel like it was a waste. She was kidnapped from her home, taken by this rude, grotesque, authoritarian organization and molded into their weapon of war. She was meant to be a coddled, protected, princess, the one who sent poor men out to die in wars for her, not the one losing limbs herself. She never asked for this, never meant to end up this war, brutally destroyed, wrecked, life wasted in defeat, never knowing what it really means a woman.

As she copes with her body's destruction, she starts to rationalize. Being weak is what makes her real and be genuinely feminine. The yan identity is given to her without choice and forced onto her. Though she previously embraced that identity, MC changes her to seriously disrespect it, and see it as a scam. She wasted her life for someone else's ideology, to maintain and support the cause of something of no benefit to her in any way. If she was to sacrifice her life, she should do it for someone who can fulfill her, give her kids basically, as the meaning to her life.

Her already extant desires to be a real woman was a vulnerability that MC pries open, reinforces. Giving herself to him, and not being able to do anything about it, feels sweeter somehow, safer, than fighting him. There is so much love in peace, pleasure in belonging not to an organization, but to a person.

She starts to look at being strong as perverse, and her weakness, lying under MC, taking all of him, as natural and desirable. This is what she wanted all along (she rationalizes, previously untrue lol). Fighting the strong was stupid, a harmful, degrading role forced upon her, this was never what she was meant to do. Just be on the side of the one who could give you happiness, and don't resist your defeat, in fact embrace it, make him happy. Being weak under the man she loves makes her feel that viscerally.

Her transformation unfolds through several stages:

Shifting Perspective

  • MC systematically changes how she views her past
  • Her achievements for Yan were real and significant, which makes it more crushing when she starts seeing them as pointless
  • She comes to view her life as stolen - she was born a princess but forced into a harsh warrior's path
  • Growing bitterness at realizing she never needed to suffer or sacrifice

Sexual Awakening

  • In intimate moments with MC, she discovers a deeper truth about herself
  • While magic makes men and women equals in combat, in bed the natural order emerges
  • Being dominated sexually feels right in a way fighting never did
  • The pleasure of submitting to male strength in private becomes intoxicating
  • Growing realization that this is what she was denying herself all those years

Complete Transformation

  • Comes to see her warrior path as a perversion of her true nature
  • Should have been protected and possessed by a powerful man, not fighting his battles
  • The Yan stole her chance at a life of pleasure and fulfillment
  • Her previous pride in combat prowess transforms into shame at wasting her femininity
  • Finds peace in submitting to MC, finally embracing what feels natural

Resolution

  • Rebuilds identity around being MC's possession rather than a Yan warrior
  • The genuine connection they shared provides foundation for transformation
  • Fighting the strong was never her true path - belonging to them was
  • Takes pleasure in the very powerlessness that would have horrified her former self

Throughout this transformation, the fact that their earlier relationship was genuine makes everything more profound. It wasn't manipulation or deception that brought her down - it was truth about her own nature that she had been denying all along.

3.7. Princess

The Yan taught of the glory of service and the duty to protect the world under heaven. So she looked negatively upon rich people who did nothing, and that's kinda what her conception of a princess is. There was some fetishization of work and sacrifice.

MC forced her to change her mind on this in Act 3. But in Act 1 there should be some indication of her starting point mentality.

3.8. Warrior

This is about her professional skills, not really decided yet where this is to go. But the warrior part is surely damaged as she is defeated and forced to see that being a warrior sucks. Killing sucks, being unable to save the people under your command sucks. Getting hurt sucks. Being away from the person you're in love with sucks.

3.9. Magecraft Engineer

This is about her professional skills, not really decided yet where this is to go. She had magecraft innovations pre-game that made her notable. Not sure if this should be like some engineer stuff yet. But it's mostly an excuse for her to use it to make homemade sex and bondage toys. As for why homemade... I think it could be a cool to use her skills this way.

3.10. Philosophical Internalization and Identity [A]

After her defeat, injury, and the shattering revelation of MC's identity, Deng Yu undergoes a profound psychological restructuring, facilitated by MC's deliberate manipulation.

  • The Anchor of Ritual and Sexuality: In the chaos, the established sexual dynamic and rituals of submission become her only anchors. These acts are a way to reassert order and meaning, a tangible connection to MC.
  • Submission as Healing/Rebuilding: She begins to see submission not just as sexual but as a way to process her loss. Each act of service is a surrender to her new reality. The structure of submission (rules, rituals, her defined place) becomes the scaffold for her new self.
  • Eroticized Objectification and Intimacy: She starts to eroticize being a possession, a tool. This is liberation from the burdens of command, allowing her to exist solely for him. The intimacy is profound due to total vulnerability.
  • Reinterpreting Her Past: MC guides her to see her Yan life as a "waste," a path forced upon her. She was meant to be a coddled princess, not a warrior losing limbs. Her desire for femininity is amplified. Weakness under him feels natural and desirable. Her past ambitions were at odds with her "true nature," which she now believes is to be his.
  • The "Mastermind" Narrative: She comes to see MC's victory over her not just as military but as a long-planned, total strategic dominance, where even their earlier intimacy was part of his design to possess her. This intricate, all-encompassing control becomes intensely arousing to her as a former tactician. The effort he put into "orchestrating" her downfall makes her feel uniquely desired and valued, romanticized as a brilliant and high effort courtship.
  • Deng Yu fully internalizes submission as her core identity and worldview, finding peace, purpose, and fulfillment in being possessed, serving, and being used by MC. She sees her old ambitions as misguided and her new role as her true, inevitable destiny.
  • Gradually, through relentless psychological pressure, the exploitation of her trauma, and the reconditioning of her desires, Deng Yu begins to internalize MC's narrative. Her past as a Yan commander starts to feel alien, a mistake. The pain of her old life is contrasted with the (twisted) "peace" and "purpose" she finds in total submission to MC. She starts to rationalize her defeat not as a failure, but as a necessary step towards her "true destiny" at his side.

4. Sexual Conditioning & Evolving Dynamic [A]

MC's psychologically astute efforts to reshape Deng Yu's sexual responses, preferences, and orgasmic potential, creating profound submission and dependency centered around her oral servitude, specifically face-fucking. He identifies her initial "commander mindset" in bed (an anxiety-driven reflex) and her difficulties with orgasm as key vulnerabilities. This arc is about a kinky couple exploring boundaries and power dynamics, with MC guiding Deng Yu towards a sexuality that is intensely pleasurable for her and deeply satisfying for his desire for control. It's transgressive and hot. After the Piyse events, and especially after MC's defeat at Fabuwie, his approach to their sexual relationship subtly shifts. While the foundation of pleasure and exploration remains, a harder edge emerges. His desire to reassert dominance manifests in rougher encounters, more explicit demands, and the introduction of denial. Deng Yu, already deeply in love and conditioned to find pleasure in submission, adapts to these changes, interpreting them through the lens of their stressed circumstances and her own anxieties about maintaining his interest. In Act 3, in captivity, this "conditioning" becomes absolute, focused on erasing her former sexual agency and instilling a purely receptive, worshipful sexuality centered on his pleasure and her total helplessness.

  • The promise is how this guided exploration transforms Deng Yu's experience of pleasure and her relationship with her own body, and what it reveals about MC's dominance and her willing surrender to it, even as the dynamic intensifies and becomes more challenging for her, culminating in her complete sexual reprogramming.
  • The reader experiences the game's hot power fantasy elements. This arc is central to Deng Yu's character transformation and MC's assertion of dominance.

4.1 Embracing Submission [B]

MC needs to inspire enthusiastic alliance and love from Deng Yu, and what better way to do it than sexually. Despite her commanding job, her fundamental submissiveness can be teased out. Her enthusiasm for oral sex is harnessed for enhancing submission. Turn it from a aggressive management to receptive surrender. How will she respond to being "taught" in such an intimate act, and can her body be conditioned to accept deeper submission? The goal is for her to not just tolerate, but eventually enjoy and associate intense pleasure with deepthroat submission. This is a foundational step in her sexual conditioning. Success here makes the "face-fuck only orgasm" strategy viable and demonstrates MC's ability to patiently reshape her physical and psychological responses.

  • Conversations about different ways to think about and approach sex.
  • You reframes fellatio as devotion, praising her willingness and effort over perfect execution.
  • You don't shame gagging but helps her find angles, emphasizes hydration, and introduces the "good girl" dynamic tied to her efforts to surrender.
  • Get her to stop treating blowjobs as a skill to master or a responsibility to fulfill. You make it clear that this isn't about her "handling" you or proving herself, but about letting go—about trusting you to take control, and allowing herself to be acted upon.
  • She can really cum during oral. She discovers that's "her thing".
  • Positive Reinforcement: Praising her effort, her willingness to try, her "devotion." Use of "good girl" affirmations when she relaxes or achieves a new level of tolerance.
  • Deng Yu show tangible signs of unlearning her "commander" approach during oral sex, becoming more pliant, less talkative, and acutely focused on his verbal and non-verbal cues.
  • Establish rituals (kneeling on a pillow, timings) around oral sex to build anticipation and condition response.
  • Guiding her from viewing it as a performance/task to an act of surrender and connection. She starts to enjoy the vulnerability.
  • Payoff: Deng Yu embraces and loves her submissive role in bed, viewing that as right and an improve to her sex skills.

4.2 Deng Yu's Perspective on Oral Training [A]

  • Deng Yu's thoughts on oral training and its effect on her sexuality, going from assertive to submissive, centered around face-fucking. How does MC unlock this transformation in her?
  • She thought that she was doing great by delivering a frantic / pornstar performance, she thinks the laid back sucking is kinda boring, but she appreciates that he just wants to spend time with her intimately.
  • She understands that her focus on getting off, getting him off, then getting herself off, is causing her issues. But he genuinely seems to disregard cumming, and just wants to explore and try different things, finding their dynamic, seeing her natural-nonperformantive response. Him putting the focus on the dynamic, lets her to stop thinking about getting off and good sex and just orient herself to pleasing him. This is disarming and piques her curiosity.
  • His subtly dominant aura counters her own, and she finds it easier to submit as he gently both physically and metaphorically push her down below him; submission feel natural.
  • she appreciates how he's giving her "easy challenges" that she can "win" in bite sized steps that builds her confidence and gets her a lot of "good girls".
    • These start with him simply guiding her head during a blowjob, asking her to maintain eye contact for an uncomfortably long period, or to accept his fingers tracing the line of her jaw and throat, sensitizing her. he rewards her – a soft, husky "good girl," a lingering caress on her cheek or a possessive squeeze of her hip, a stroke through her hair, or a pleased sound deep in his throat that feels intensely validating.
    • Positive reinforcement builds her confidence rapidly, in her ability to please him by yielding, making her eager for the next step in their exploration.
  • She gags when deepthroating, but pushes through it and chokes, throwing herself off and needing to take breaks. He never shames her or expresses displeasure.
  • He teaches her cheats instead, holding it at an angle in her mouth, using her tongue instead of her throat. The idea is to train her to do it at length and at leisure instead of making herself stressed, the time becomes the challenge instead of how deep it goes.
  • At first she thought she wanted to push herself and challenge herself, but since he reframed it as an easier, more sensual task she finds it more pleasant and enjoyable. His patience in her slow development of deep throat is appreciated.
  • It took a while for her to understand that it's better to go at his pace, let him dictate the terms of her training. She slowed down to match him. He knows what he's doing, and what he's looking for is submisiveness and willingness to be molded.
  • Submitting and letting him lead gives her pleasure and a sense of rightness. A man who could bring that side out of her is someone she's instantly attached to.
  • When she tries to push back against you and be bratty or annoy you, you puts her in her place, and this solidifies that you're the one who is going to allow her to be feminine, who can handle her.
    • with a look, a tightening of your grip, or a low command that brooks no argument.
    • It lets her interwine her intellectual and friendship interest with sexual, to let you lead the developments of your relationship.
    • Subtle, as this is nothing special for her, and it's not something she conciously thinks about. That you're this way is natural to her.
  • Later, you teach her to relax her throat, to breathe around you, to trust your control over her body. The concept of her throat simply becoming a sheath for your cock, an instrument for your pleasure without her direction, went from terrifyingly vulnerable to intensely arousing. The first time he held her head firmly, dictating the depth and rhythm of his thrusts into her mouth, a tremor of pure, electric submission shot through her, a feeling she hadn't known she was capable of.
  • The sensation of being physically restrained by him—even if just by the inescapable pressure of his hands cupping her skull or the positioning of her body for face-fucking—became a trigger. It stripped away her ability to "manage" the encounter, forcing a raw, immediate presence. Being choked, not to the point of actual harm but to the edge where her breath was his to control, was shocking. That momentary loss of autonomy, the dizzying sensation of him filling her vision and her throat, pushed her past thought and into pure, reactive sensation. The world narrowed to the pressure, his scent, the sounds he made. She discovered a thrill in this relinquishing of a basic life function, finding pleasure in the profound power he wielded over her very breath.
  • It's a thrilling exploration. Now, a newer, louder part of her sang with exhilaration at the sensation of him filling her so completely, her throat a living sheath for his power. It wasn't just sex; it was an obliteration of her old self-imposed controls, and in that obliteration, she found a new, pure purpose: his pleasure, which was becoming inextricably linked to hers. She began to see her mouth and throat not as parts of her she controlled, but as his to use, his to fill. The more she focused on being a receptive vessel, a perfectly accommodating "throathole" or "cocksocket" on her face, the more intense the sensations became. The rituals he established—the way he would position her, perhaps kneeling, or lying on her back at the edge of the bed, her head tipped back, utterly exposed—were no longer just procedures; they were mental preparations, putting her in the mindset of total receptivity before he even touched her.
  • Even when she sees him in public she sometimes looks at his crotch and thinks that belongs in her throat right now, imagining it and remembering it. She can feel the physical sensations and her throat tightning and her crotch pulsing. She'd remembered the feel of him deep inside her mouth, the pressure, the possessive weight, the slight taste of him.
  • She starts to actively embrace the positive, deeply submissive potential of humiliation or degradation, but which, with him, felt like an exhilarating stripping away of pretense. Being degraded – being made to wait with her mouth open in anticipation, to hold a difficult position while he observed her, to have her pleasure entirely dictated by his whim and his cock – felt like a casting off of her public armor, her commander's facade. It allowed her to be purely, vulnerably feminine in his presence, defined by his desire, a state she found increasingly liberating and intoxicatingly arousing. His ability to take not just her body but also her dignity, to occupy her headspace so completely and drive her emotions – from breathless anticipation to desperate frustration to overwhelming orgasmic release – became a profound source of her attraction. She valued his capacity to make her feel so intensely, to break through her composure and expose the raw, wanting core of her. Realizing she was utterly his to play with emotionally was a heady, addictive surrender.
  • The first time she has a truly powerful, undeniable orgasm during face-fucking, after a session where he has systematically controlled her, stimulated her clitoris while her mouth was full, and used his magecraft to heighten every nerve ending, it's a cataclysm. It’s nothing like the weak, faked or high-effort orgasms she’d experienced before. This is a full-body convulsion, a screaming, involuntary release that leaves her shattered, gasping, and acutely aware that he orchestrated it while she was at her most helpless. The comparison is stark and immediate: all prior sexual "achievements" feel like pale imitations. This new pleasure is raw, consuming, and linked to her total oral submission to him. Her analytical mind tries to process it later, but in the moment, her body understands: this is real.
  • Facefucking becomes the real deal, it's her thing. She can only really cum while being facefucked because of the psychological weight.
    • With PIV, she still feels somewhat in control, it's her body, and even while he's over her, within her, she's embracing him, welcoming him.
    • On the other hand facefucking, it's not her body he's taking. Her head, it's the core of her identity as a human, the center of it all. The personhood, not a whole system designed for reproduction and childbirth, but the seat of her conciousness. Having him grasp her head, this especially vulnerable part of a person, and dominate/fuck it feels utterly owned in an especially intense way.
    • Face-fucking becomes the purest expression of her new sexual self: pure receptivity, pure focus on his pleasure, and her resulting, now reliably intense, orgasm.
    • Anal sex doesn't carry the same psychological weight, it's still her body, slightly divorced from the raw... in-your-face nature of facefucking, and she treats it as a bit of a punishment, because that was your attitude towards it and so she adopts that framing of it.
  • This is exactly what she needs, and she realizes that he's training her to be more responsive to his signals, both subtle and verbal. This is a huge improvement from her just doing what she thought in her head "what men wanted". The intellectual challenge of deciphering his unspoken desires through the slightest shift in his body or breath, and the emotional reward of his guttural moans or the tightening of his grip, become intertwined, making the "training" an exciting and fulfilling journey for her. She starts to anticipate and crave these learning experiences. The thoughts of being used by him, the specific ways her mouth and throat could serve him, become frequent, detailed, and ignite an excitement that feels uniquely hers, yet for him.
  • She starts intellectualizing her new preference for facefucking, waxing lyrically over it.
  • She reflects that facefucking is the superior way to fuck any cunt. It requires no prep, no foreplay, it can be done anywhere at anytime. It can be as rough as the man wants it. It's degrading AND humiliating. It can be brutal and extreme. You can easily control the cunt more this way but choosing if it gets to breathe or not. More men should prefer facefucking over any type of fucking!
  • She at times focuses on MC's POV during these acts, imagining how he sees her under him, completely at his mercy, her face and throat entirely his. She thinks how amazing and powerful that must feel for him to wield such control, to have her so open and vulnerable. She eroticizes facefucking empowers him, how her total surrender facilitates that empowerment, making her an essential part of his dominance.

Deng Yu's internal experience of the oral training and its effect on her sexuality, transitioning from assertive (anxiety-driven) to submissive, centered around face-fucking.

  • She initially thought her "pornstar performance" was what men wanted; his preference for a more laid-back, intimate exploration is disarming.
  • His subtly dominant aura counters her own, making submission feel natural. He provides "easy challenges."
  • He never shames her gagging, teaching her "cheats," reframing the goal to length and leisure. She appreciates his patience.
  • She learns it's better to go at his pace. Submission to his lead brings pleasure and a sense of "rightness."
  • When she's bratty, he firmly puts her in her place, solidifying his role as someone who can "handle" her.
  • He teaches her to relax her throat, to trust his control. The idea of her throat as a sheath shifts from uncomfortably vulnerable (in a thrilling, transgressive way) to intensely, uniquely arousing.
  • Being choked (to the edge) and losing control of her breath under his power is a shocking, transgressive thrill.
  • She begins to see her mouth and throat as his to use. Rituals of positioning become mental preparations.
  • She fantasizes about him, his cock in her throat.
  • She embraces the positive, submissive potential of "degradation" with him, feeling it as liberating and intoxicating.
  • Her first truly powerful orgasm during face-fucking (4.4.1) is a cataclysm.
  • Face-fucking becomes the purest expression of her new sexual self. PIV feels like her body is involved. Face-fucking feels like her very identity is being dominated. Anal sex, framed by his attitude, feels more like punishment.
  • She intellectualizes her preference for face-fucking, seeing it as superior.
  • She eroticizes his empowerment through her surrender. Her training is an exciting, fulfilling journey.
  • This entire process is a discovery of a new, potent part of her sexuality. Her previous sex life was lackluster; this is a profound enhancement, a "gift" from MC.
  • (Act 2 proper): As MC's demeanor shifts, her perspective adapts. She notices his increased roughness or occasional denial. She rationalizes this: he's under stress; their relationship is being tested; perhaps she is being tested. She feels anxiety – is she failing to please him? This makes her more determined to endure, to prove her devotion. The "sacrifices" in her comfort become new, hotter ways to demonstrate her love. She's aware she's changing further, molding herself to his evolving desires, and this deepens her sense of being utterly his, which is still intensely arousing.
  • Her feelings become more complicated. She misses the earlier tenderness but finds a dark thrill in his increased dominance. She becomes obsessed with anticipating his needs, desperate to please him and regain his full favor. The fewer encounters make each one incredibly high-stakes for her. She is acutely aware of the "losses" – the loss of their earlier ease, the loss of her own comfort being a priority – but frames these as necessary sacrifices for their profound, if now more challenging, love. The feeling of being "tested" intensifies, and she is driven to "pass" by embracing whatever he demands.

4.3. The Commander in Bed [C]

Their first sexual encounters, following the shift from alliance to ardor (3.3). During these initial intimacies, the MC observes Deng Yu's ingrained sexual behaviors. He notes her tendency towards a "masculine" or controlling energy. She may confide in him, or he skillfully elicits, her difficulties in achieving satisfying orgasms, perhaps admitting to faking them or finding them elusive. The promise: how will the MC react to these initial sexual dynamics, and how will they inform his strategy for her conditioning? The reader gains insight into Deng Yu's initial sexual persona and the MC’s chillingly analytical approach to intimacy, seeing him already identifying patterns to exploit.

  • The first few sexual encounters occur. Deng Yu exhibits dominant or instructive behaviors in bed.
  • Even her blowjobs are aggressive, through conversations, you get the feeling that she feels dominant while giving blowjobs, viewing it as her handling your body, taking on the responsibility of you trusting her with your genitals.
  • The first time you see her "orgasm" from PIV you notice that she's exaggerating it, "faking it", you gently mention notice it and decide to help her. You call her out on it while mid coitus, when you have her pinned down and in total control. You don't give her a chance to defend herself and get defensive about it.
  • MC's internal analysis: He connects her sexual control issues to her professional persona and realizes this is the key to breaking her down erotically.
  • Payoff: MC formulates a clear strategy: her pleasure will be linked to her loss of control.

4.4. The Oral Exploration [B]

Concurrently with the start of 4.3, before MC even began to understood the "commander" issue.

They explore sex and oral togther, progressing from casual experimentation and general suggestions to more intentional training.

MC addresses Deng Yu's gag reflex and performance anxiety around oral sex, including deepthroating. He uses empathy, reassurance, and gentle guidance (teaching alternatives, then gradually encouraging tolerance) to make her physically capable of the deep throat submission. Deng Yu, feeling "cared for," becomes physically able to tolerate the act.

MC wants to have a dominant relationship with Deng Yu and get her to submit to him.

He systematically works to dismantle her aggressive "commander" approach to blowjobs. His goal is to teach her—through experience, subtle feedback, and direct instruction—that true fulfillment (for both of them, as he frames it, but primarily for her dependency on him) comes from her complete surrender and willingness to be passively used. This involves addressing her gag reflex and any performance anxiety she might have, not merely with gentle reassurance, but by reframing the act itself: her mouth is a vessel for his pleasure; her capacity to endure and receive is a testament to her devotion and submission.

The promise: how will she change? would she internalize this new, submissive sexual role? The reader experiences the sexy process of her sexual blossoming.

  • Initially you help her with refining her physical techniques.

  • She already knows how to lick well, holding your dick in her mouth and then licking while inside.

  • She knows how to suck with her throat, a nice tightening sensation around your dick as it's inside her mouth by doing the swallowing motion.

  • You show her how to fit your dick into her mouth without deepthroating. She says she can do it but she gags weirdly, making her embarrassed. But she says can be trained to do it like any other skill. You tell her she doesn't have to do it, the "cheat" way of fitting the dick into the mouth still feels great.

  • You talk philosophically about deep-throating, and during training you put your fingers all over her mouth and throat, including on the inside. You use your thumb to rub her throat on the outside, talking about how it's a great place to house cock, she laughs. You point out her pharynx, touching it with your fingers, and then try to touch her esophageal sphincter as she stares at you vulnerably. She gags and when you smirk at her she tries to immediately get revenge on you by making you cum. As you do, you realize her complex.

  • MC explicitly directs their sexual encounters to focus on her performing oral sex on him for extended periods.

  • Initial sessions where her gag reflex or physical discomfort during deepthroating are apparent. MC is outwardly patient but highly persistent, employing techniques to gradually build her physical tolerance and desensitize her.

  • MC provides explicit, moment-to-moment instruction on how he wants her to use her mouth—less aggression, more helpless receptivity, specific tongue movements, throat control. He may physically restrain her head or hands to enforce passivity and prevent her from reverting to controlling behaviors.

  • He rarely praises her "performance" or "skill," instead praising her willingness to endure discomfort, her ability to follow his precise instructions, her moments of visible surrender.

  • Gag Reflex Management: Patient work on angles, breathing, desensitization. Focus on her comfort and trust. Showing her alternatives if deepthroating initially too difficult.

  • He re-frames the blowjob from a task she executes to an offering of devotion; he encourages eye contact to see his pleasure as her reward. He might introduce a "tap-out" signal for safety, ironically making her feel "safer" to experiment further with letting go of control.

  • Deng Yu becomes physically capable of deepthroating and starts to associate the act with praise, intimacy, and burgeoning pleasure, overcoming her initial resistance and performance anxiety. She starts to enjoy the sensation of "sheathing" him.

  • You turn her into an absolute blowjob queen, great blowjobs.

    • There's a balance struck perfectly between cock hungry, sloppy sucking slut who might leave your balls in a puddle of spit, and an innocent bashful girl that hits all the right notes.
    • her consistency, tongue, attention to detail, and willingness, dedication to persevere through adversity (choking and vomiting on cock).

4.4.1. Face-Fuck Only Orgasm [B]

This is the critical payoff and climax for Act 1's sexual conditioning arc. Having laid the groundwork, the MC deliberately orchestrates Deng Yu's experience so that her first truly powerful, overwhelming, and undeniable orgasm occurs only while she is in a state of complete oral submission, specifically during an intense session of face-fucking. He achieves this by strategically combining physical restraint (rendering her utterly helpless and unable to retreat or control the pace), precise and potent clitoral stimulation, and potentially his magecraft to amplify her sensations, block pain, and forge an indelible neuropsychological link between this specific act of total oral surrender and the peak of intense, body-shattering pleasure. Any prior "faked" or weak orgasms are implicitly contrasted with this new, undeniable experience. The promise: the profound and lasting impact of this deliberately conditioned response on her psyche, her future sexual behavior, and her overall dependency on him for true gratification. The reader witnesses the chilling success of MC's plan and the laying of the foundation for Deng Yu's radically altered sexuality. This is THE primary sexual climax of Act 1 in her storyline.

  • Setting the Stage: MC initiates face-fucking sessions as a specific, ritualized act.

  • He physically positions and restrains her for face-fucking, emphasizing her absolute helplessness and his total control over her body and breath. This might be on the edge of a bed, as she later notes is her preference for feeling powerless.

  • Combining Techniques: While her mouth is engaged, MC applies precise clitoral stimulation and uses magecraft to heighten her arousal and synchronize it with her sensations of helplessness and being used.

  • First Breakthrough Orgasm: Deng Yu experiences an intense, involuntary, and overwhelming orgasm unlike anything she has felt before, an experience directly and inextricably linked to this enforced state of helpless oral submission. MC makes sure she is aware this happened during face-fucking.

  • Her immediate aftermath is one of physical exhaustion, psychological shock, perhaps tears or confusion, mixed with the undeniable, lingering physical residue of profound, earth-shattering pleasure.

  • MC's internal acknowledgment that the first crucial step in her sexual reprogramming has been successfully and irrevocably achieved. She now associates ultimate, genuine pleasure with total oral surrender and helplessness before him.

  • He physically positions and restrains her, emphasizing her absolute helplessness.

  • Combining Techniques: While her mouth is engaged, MC applies precise clitoral stimulation and uses magecraft.

  • First Breakthrough Orgasm: Deng Yu experiences an intense, involuntary, overwhelming orgasm, directly linked to this enforced state.

  • Immediate aftermath: physical exhaustion, psychological shock (of pleasure intensity), mixed with undeniable, lingering pleasure.

  • She now successfully associates ultimate, genuine pleasure with total oral surrender to him. Her previous sex life now seems utterly lackluster.

    • She previously was served by 2 commoner slaves. A dignified older woman (10 years older than her), and a handsome male about 2 years older than her.
    • The sex she has with you is so much incredibly better that she no longer uses them.
    • While these characters are mentioned offhandily previously their sexual relationship is never shown.
    • They are only subtly brought up again in Act 2 to make mention of that.

4.4.2 Reinforcing the Neuropathway to Face-Fucking Addiction [B]

All about selling the "addiction" to face-fucking, showing that it's the only way she cums. MC puts work in to make it happen.

  • MC helps her subtlely frame FF as the central act, other acts like PIV even becomes like foreplay to it.
  • Only tries making her cum while in her throat.
  • Deng Yu may begin to show subtle cues of anticipating or even initiating (in a submissive way, like presenting her mouth) the face-fucking dynamic, associating it with guaranteed pleasure.
  • She anticipates and craves face-fucking, everything else seems to be worse.
  • By the end of Act 1, her own internal monologue and behaviors indicate a craving for this dynamic, a pride in her ability to serve him in this "special" way.

4.5. Intensified Sexual Domination (Post-Fabuwie / Act 2 Proper) [A]

After Deng Yu's victory at Fabuwie, MC's interactions with her as the Count take on a harsher, more overtly dominant sexual tone, driven by his emotional need to punish her and reassert his control. Their sexual encounters become less frequent due to the escalating war, responsibilities, and for the MC possibly other women as well lol since it's a large cast.

  • Has sex 6 times exactly.

  • 3 of these are full, detailed sex scenes, while the other 3 are more briefly mentioned, emphasizing the scarcity that heightens her desperation.

  • One of the sex scenes in Act 2, she whines to you for a facefuck. You suggest a game where no one uses any magecraft, only use your bodies to win. If she wins, then you'll facefuck her as she wants... but what to make her give you if she loses... She suggest she'll let you use her name and authority in the Yan for an official favor.

    • You're surprised by this, trading political favors has never been part of your relationship and it would be an odd thing to add to it, but she says that's why she'll be extra motivated to not lose.
    • The game turns out to be an escape labyrinth. She gets naked in the escape labyrinth and has to make it up 3 levels to the ground floor. If she does, she wins. Meanwhile your job is to cum in her ass, if you do, you win.
      • It's a crazy game, potentially could've even been dangerous, but you had your bodyguard Pinhan there for safety.
      • You knew right away it was going to be tough, she was a trained warrior, her muscles visible, her fighting techniques and killing instinct top notch.
      • However you had a few advantages as well, she wasn't actually trying to hurt you, just escape, you were taller and stronger as a male.
      • Eventually you won and you came in her butt to your satisfaction. She REALLY enjoyed the game despite not getting her facefuck and wants to play more.
  • 1 of the shown sex scenes you facefuck her to glorious, delirious orgasm. The other 2 you deny her.

  • MC is rougher, more dominant, using sex to assert control and sometimes as a subtle form of punishment for her victory. His concern for her "liking it" diminishes; his focus is on his own needs and her complete surrender.

  • He deliberately denies her the face-fucking she craves for four of their six encounters, despite her whining or begging. This sadistic denial is a tool to punish her and increase her desperation and attachment. When he does face-fuck her (twice during this period), it's with abandon, for his own satisfaction, with less regard for her enjoyment. Previously he cared very much about how she was feeling and wanting her to easily join him in enjoying the kinky sex, but now that's lessened. She, however, has been conditioned and is now a "trooper," accepting this rougher treatment and finding pleasure in her ability to endure and submit.

  • Introduction of Rituals and Gags:

  • He makes her perform oral sex in difficult, straining positions (e.g., her bent over him while he's on his back), which are physically taxing and somewhat torturous for her, emphasizing his control.

  • He introduces a ring gag during some sessions when not face-fucking her, forcing her mouth open and emphasizing her role as a receptive orifice. This makes her feel more like a "fuck toy," a sensation she finds increasingly erotic as it aligns with her deepening submission. Her mouth is filled because that's what it's for; talking and breathing are secondary.

  • He takes control of her breathing during face-fucking, pushing her past her previous limits. She stops using tap-out signals. The first time he keeps her throat filled past her breaking point, she attempts to use magecraft for air, finds herself blocked by his, and makes a conscious decision to surrender completely, even to unconsciousness. Waking, she feels a deep satisfaction at her capacity for total surrender.

  • He stops helping her put semen in her mouth. Sometimes he shoots it in her eyes or hair, telling her to leave it. He might wipe her face with her own wet panties, further degrading her in a way she now finds perversely arousing.

  • She adapts and, in a way, thrives. The established rituals of submission become anchors. She misses him intensely when they are apart, craving not just the sex but the entire dynamic of submission, service, and his control. She interprets his harshness as a sign of the immense pressures he's under or as a new, more intense phase of their passionate, "testing" relationship. She becomes addicted to the feeling of being used and owned. She is aware of how much she is changing to please him, the "sacrifices" she is making in terms of her previous boundaries, and this process of being molded by him, of striving to meet his shifting desires, becomes a central, erotically charged focus of her existence. Her jealousy of the time he must spend with his wife or other women (whom Jiaolong subtly hints at) grows, but this is quickly diffused by Jiaolong's reassurances, which Deng Yu desperately clings to.

  • Payoff: Deng Yu's submission deepens significantly. She internalizes the harsher treatment as part of their unique, intense bond, her love and obsession growing even as the dynamic becomes more one-sided and punitive from MC's perspective.

4.6. Sexual Re-Education in Captivity (Act 3) [A]

After her capture and maiming, Deng Yu's sexual relationship with MC enters its final phase: complete re-education designed to eradicate any remnants of her former agency and solidify her identity as his possession. Her physical helplessness (missing limbs, burns) is central to this.

  • Exploitation of Vulnerability: Her injuries make her entirely dependent on him for movement and basic care. MC uses this to reinforce her helplessness during sexual encounters. She is positioned, used, and manipulated with no possibility of resistance.
  • Mouth as Primary Tool: With her limbs gone or impaired, her mouth becomes her primary means of sexual service. Face-fucking and oral servitude are constant, now imbued with the weight of her total defeat and dependency. These acts are no longer explorations but duties, expressions of her worship.
  • There are new rituals of abjection, crawling to, serving him from a position that highlights her injuries. The focus is on her complete passivity and receptivity.
  • The lines between pain and pleasure blur. Her physical discomfort from her injuries are incorporated into their sexual encounters, her endurance becoming another test of her devotion. His touch might be the only relief she experiences, further binding her to him.
  • Psychological Anchoring: Each sexual act is framed by MC as a confirmation of her new identity. Her pleasure (if any, beyond the relief of submission) is secondary to her function as an object for his use. He praises her for her perfect helplessness and her capacity to endure.
  • Objectification: She is treated as a living sex toy, her body used to satisfy his whims. He might have servants prepare her for his use, further dehumanizing her in a way that, by this stage, she has been conditioned to accept or even crave as proof of her belonging.
  • Deng Yu's sexuality is entirely remade. Any vestiges of her former "commander" self or even her earlier enthusiastic exploration are gone, replaced by a deeply ingrained, worshipful submission centered on her role as MC's physical possession. Her orgasms are entirely at his command, proof of his mastery over her body and soul.
