Corporate Trust

A trust structure is a common legal structure for corporations in Kpor that are designed to be led by commoners. A trust is a legal arrangement where one party, known as the trustee, holds and manages assets for the benefit of another party, called the beneficiary. Since commoner ownership of major assets such as corporations are restricted, a trust is created with a solfrey trustee and commoner beneficiaries. The solfrey trustee is required to act in the best interest of the commoner beneficiaries while holding the assets. This structure allows commoners to run major corporations without actually owning them.
