Global Grand Kpor Congress

• Non-official diplomatic arena called by the Cult of Yan to discuss global affairs.
• Divided into 2 tiers, the Heroic Tier, and the Frey tier.
  • The Heroic tier is the lesser tier, and held regularly. As custom would have it, whenever a new Scribe comes into office he would call a Heroic GGKC in his first 2 years to discuss his global agenda.
    • Important people do attend but the top people frequently skip out on it, it's not seen as that important. Think of this as like a Davos.
    • Trade, climate change, solfrey rule enforcement, health issues, and heresy suppression would be some of the typical issues.
    • Typically happens about twice per decade.
  • The Frey tier congress is more held for global emergencies, and isn't typically called. They're more like the Crusades.
    • So named for Sol"frey" obviously.
    • People are more expected to attend even if the topic doesn't interest you. It looks bad if you don't.
    • The last Frey was about 7021, more than 30 years ago, during the fall of QiangDi. In that congress the world agreed to enslave the commoner population of the QiangDi.
