Hila

A childbirth and midwifery focused order of commoners under the Cult of Yan. They certify common Hila, commoners who swear off relations with other commoners to focus on reproducing loyalists for the Solfrey.

The common Hila are mostly women called the Hila Votaries. They're led by the Hila Covard, the priesthood of the Hila. The Covards are capable of certifying Solfrey and declaring commoners, slaves, etc.
